Excellent service and the food is always fresh. The Meat Mountain is a sandwich unlike anything I've ever seen. Yum!!
The staff is great here. The food was fine. Plus, the dining room was open unlike BK & Taco Bell.

I love their food but it seems like every time I go to the one in Chesterton there is some kind of issue. This time they were... running a special of 2 for $6 mix and match and one of the sandwiches being a chicken sandwich and they did not have any. I have extremely sensitive teeth and ask for no ice in my drinks. For some reason this location literally refuses to not put ice... in my drink. Stop being greedy when pop already has a significant mark up. Read more
I know it's cliche, but if I could give them negative Stars I would. Yesterday around 2pm...They took my order at the drive-thru... fairly quick and were super nice, I was the first car up to the window there was no one in front of me and there was a gentlemanwho was counting a register's change I could hear the coins hitting the plastic. I sat there for a while and then I put the Jeepin park and waited. I waited for someone to just say I'll be with you in a moment or for someone to even acknowledge me. I thenturned the Jeep off. I sat there longer waiting for anyone someone to say something while I watched my beverage sit on thecounter with its lid on getting watered down by the minute. I eventually just drove away. I've never had that experience in mywhole life and I'm 42 years old and unfortunately have years of experience with fast food purchasing. I would recommend that ifanyone wants Arby's they don't go to this one. Unless you get lucky and they acknowledge you sitting outside the drive throughwindow which for me, after 10 minutes, they never did. With Gas being 4.00 a gallon....
