Ordered a burger with the works. Asked for extra pickles. I picked up my order and fries were cold and the burger had nothing on... it, I went back to tell the manager. He remade it and soaked the burger to where it was, soggy and dripping and falling apartbefore I even took a bite. Tossed it in the trash in the store. I don?t know why the employees are to lazy or not trainedproperly to dress burgers when you are paying 15 dollars for a burger and fries (fast food) you should get some sort of qualityand customer service.will not be returning to Harvey?s again (don?t want to get screamed at) Read more
The poutine was good. The burger was meh, I could honestly make a better one at home. I don?t think it?s to the fault of this... location in particular, I just feel that Harvey?s may not be up to standard compared to other fast food burger joints. Read more
Food was great. Service too. I did not like the lights, tho. Kinda dark. Just a detail, but that's it. Overall, very good
Pretty disappointing. We visit this location at least every 2 weeks sometimes weekly and spend $40+ Each time. Today my husband... went in and had to repeat himself 6 times asking for a ?double leg meal? and the lady couldn?t understand him and thought he wasasking for breakfast. Finally another member came and got his order. We got home (20 minutes away)and went to eat our meal andit was missing the main thing that makes getting the chicken there worth it, the Swiss chalet gravy. Definitely disappointed. Ontop of that the fries were not fresh and the onion rings soaked in grease (not edible!) Called to see what they could do and wastold only thing we can do is give you gravy the next time you are in! Less than one star. Yesterday my partner and I went to Harvey's for a good burger. This was our first time at this location. We... went after 6:00 PM. there were 3 workers present, one cleaning the grill. they all stood in the back and just looked at us. Itwas not busy, they were not assisting anyone else, they just stood there talking amongst themselves and looking at us. They didnot address us in any manner or move to assist us in any way. After 4 to 5 minutes we left. We will NEVER go back. We did goacross the street and had a wonderful meal at a real restaurant. Read more
I?m very upset, I?ve gone to this location a couple times now and it?s been alright. I ordered a chicken wrap with cheese and... got a chicken burger. Unfortunately I didn?t notice till I got home which is on me but I drove back and they made me a new one,no problem. Then I get home have my wrap and I go to eat my donuts and they are all raw and not cooked.. not sure if it was justthe staff that was on at the time but never have had an experience like this.. pretty annoyed honestly Read more

Waited for 10 minutes in line at drive thru that only had 2 cars in it. My Hamburg was very red in the middle (almost raw) so I... didn't eat a lot of it. Dec.5/22 Received a call from the manager of the Chestermere Harvey's. What a fantastic response. His genuine concern was very refreshing and we both agreed that this was just a one off situation.
