Husband ordered a peanut buster parfait to bring me the other day and when he got home, there was only a very thin layer of... chocolate at the bottom and at the top. Seriously did not want to believe what im being told about are DQ. Unfortunately its true? DQ is a franchise. The owner does not... follow basic requirement as an operating franchise. On average these ?Dilly Bars? and ?Buster Bars? are each short approximately30grams. I could understand if one or two were like that. Every single one is like that. So, your missing a whole bar eachbox! As there is 6 bars 30x 6 = 180 grams. This is a problem because its stealing.And its stealing through the use of abusiness. Its very deceitful. I?m sure many people can make profit off proceeds of crime using a licensed business to shortpeople. Not to mention the blizzards and cakes. When i worked at DQ in 2008 there were instructions on proper amounts foreverything! This included Blizzards (how many scoops of candy) etc? Ordered a banana split ice cream cake in August. It came with the cookie in the middle. Ordered the same cake in September and... apparently now it doesn't come with the cookie. We called to complain, they didn't offer a refund and when we said we weredisappointed they didn't offer a new cake and they didn't care. This is a chain, it shouldnt be a big deal for them to fix theirmistake to make a customer happy. Read more

The ratings for this location are poor for a reason. Food is mediocre and as many people have mentioned, the drive thru is... painfully slow and the customer service is lacking. Would it hurt the staff to smile every now and then or say ?Have a goodnight?? The staff usually look like they hate their lives lol. I like to support local but haven?t been back. Literally got scammed by the cashier at the drive thru. Ordered a single MINI cotton candy Blizzard and she charged me $18 for... it and intentionally didn't let me see the terminal when holding it out through the drive through window. There is no way sheaccidentally did that. Wish I could give rate lower than 1 star for the garbage response below. Your establishment stole moneyfrom me. Went in to pick up lunch. Server seemed annoyed with our ordering. As if that?s not her job. Then we got our blizzard first, and... it was totally melting and missing a lid, so it was going all down the side so we had to grab napkins and keep catching the icecream. Then when we opened our poutine when we were home. There was parchment paper across the top of the poutine for somereason, pulling all the cheese all off and so half our cheese was pulled off and couldn?t be recovered because it?d take thepaper with it.
