We are actually still here as a write this. The food was hot and delicious, and the staff was amazing. The host (Josh) was very... kind, our waitress (Kodie) was super sweet and helpful, and Matt was hilarious. Quick meal before a hockey game. Food was all decent. Should mention when you have veggies in a meal that they include... mushrooms as they are high on the allergen list. Otherwise server was friendly and cheerful. Read more

We waited at our table for almost an hour for food and we didn't even get our appetizers before our meal, they came with it.... There was a very large group in the middle of the restaurant with alot of 7-12 year olds that were running circles around thewhole place and making a mess in the bathrooms. When the food finally came, my *starter*size nachos were way too big and whenasked, the server assured me that it was the starter size, check comes, nope they charged us for the full size and it hadfrozen, unmelted cheese just under the top layer. We had to ask 3 different people for my Grandson's ranch dip he ordered and itcame finally just before the check oops, too late now. Probably will try again another night at a different time. Great experience. Manager and server were both very attentive. Food was yummy as usual.

Arrived for a quick dinner, the place was not busy, seated ourselves and the server was nice and took our drink order right... away. Now is were things go down hill. Our food order was taken and a group of 6 came in after us their drink/food order wastaken. The group of 6 had drinks and appies served our appies had not even arrived ed, another 15mins later the server said thekitchen was busy it would be another 5 mins......HUH??? there was no one in this place. Appie arrived they were hot andtasty. Group of 6 left about 20mins later, we are wondering ok when's the pizza coming.......waiting another 15mins, finallyshowed up. It was hot and tasty. So an 2hrs, to get 1 appie and a lrg pizza. I see why this place was not that busy. The serverwas good, but the back end staff or something went wrong with the food order. They should at least admit it to thecustomer. Probably won't be back which sucks because I Love BP,s lounge usually. 4 stars is a reach, and here is why. Ordered a Bellini Fishbowl (made with peach purée), except there was no peach at all,... just raspberry. When we complained, they brought us a new drink, which was just the old one with more rum…..that made it muchworse. We also ordered a Peachy Mojito Royale and, you guessed it, NO peach. It tasted like a Moscow mule with rum instead ofvodka…..very sad. That mess aside, the food was good, wings nicely done, nachos were a little light on toppings, but otherwisenice and the spaghetti was great. The waitress was new, but she did well enough. We will try this out one more time and see ifthe drinks get any better at our next outing. Read more
