Samosas are super tasty and even the dip is good. But the ?spicy? Jamaican chicken is disgusting sweet, chicken chewy and over... all really really tasteless and awful. I ordered Cheesecake Factory for dinner tonight (to go) and my slice of raspberry white chocolate cheesecake was half the size... of the other two pieces I ordered and looked like someone had taken a bite out of it. I was grossed out and disappointed I wascharged $8-9 for a HALF slice of cheesecake and received more whipped cream than cheesecake. I feel like this is poor qualityand service. We made a reservation while our family of 4 was visiting here for the weekend. We arrived 11 min late for the reservation. ... They told us their company policy was 10 minutes and that we now went to the back of the line as if we had just walked in. There were max 7 people waiting. Based on how the mall surrounding the restaurant is crumbling, they shouldn't be turningbusiness away. We took our money elsewhere. 54th street has better food and service anyway. Read more

My fiancé and I visited the cheesecake factory and absolutely enjoyed ourselves! Our server and bartender Savannah made us feel... welcome right away and expertly served us drink and food while waiting on several other customers as well. We never felt rushedor ignored and our food was delicious! I would have taken pictures of the cheesecake slices we ordered (tiramisu and pineappleupside down) but we devoured those quickly. I wasn't at all impressed with the customer service here. I wanted to order one slice of cheesecake to go. After walking in, I... stood there for a little while before the man behind the hostess stand even acknowledged me. I continued to stand there waiting,and without even looking up at me, the man said he would be with me shortly, he was looking down at something the whole time.After a while, he finally looked up at me and asked what he could do for me. I told him I wanted cheesecake to go, then hepointed in another direction and told me I needed to go order it at the bakery. I walked over to the bakery and there was ablonde woman behind the counter, she looked flustered and had a displaced look on her face. No welcome, she just looked at me. Itold her hello, and that I wanted to order a slice of cheesecake to go. She sternly said "which one". I told her what I wanted,and without any further communication she filled my order. She didn't look happy at all, she definitely had an attitude andlooked like she didn't want to be there working. Such a shame because my cheesecake tasted awesome. I had the Reese's ChocolateCake Cheesecake and I absolutely loved it. If I ever find myself in the area again, I can't say I'd ever come back here againafter the poor customer service I received on my visit. Read more

My first time at the Cheesecake Factory. It's a huge place, decorated almost Moroccan style. There was a two hour wait but... thankfully we just wanted a slice of cheesecake and were to order from the bakery and go. This cheesecake is divine by the way.I had the strawberry cheesecake and my daughter and chocolate mousse. So decadent and rich, I almost couldn't eat a whole slicebut I found a way ????. And there's two pages of different cheesecakes and desserts. It is pricy tho, one slice is between$8-$10. But we paid for the experience and enjoyed it. Read more

This is a very good Cheesecake Factory location. It was very busy, since it was a Saturday evening. The staff seated our party... quicker (approximately 30 minutes earlier) than the estimated wait time of 1 hour and 20 mins. The bread was amazing as usual,we ordered the Thai lettuce wraps which were very good, and the Celebration Cheesecake for dessert. Our server was verycourteous and helpful. This was a fantastic meal and way to spend a Saturday evening. I highly recommend this Cheesecake Factorylocation. Read more
