You have drive through for a reason. When you have workers inside and you close the drive through it?s inconvenient for people.... Won?t go here anymore. Plenty of other overpriced places and they have DRIVE THROUGH. Read more

The staff making the food was hardly friendly. The flatbread pizza and Greek salad I ordered were terrible and sloppily thrown... together. The pizza hardly had any sauce, piles of cheese that were not evenly spread or melted all the way, and was hardly cutthrough, while the salad had so much dressing it was unbearable. I threw away 3/4 of my food bc it was just bad. Read more

As I sit here picking rotten lettuce from my Caesar salad, I'm wondering if there is any quality control at this location -... any!? There is always something wrong with either the quality of the food or a mistake made - this time both. Inedible lettuceand no side baguette. Read more

Made the mistake of dining here last night. Four employees sitting at a table upon walking in. Most of the tables and booths... were dirty and not wiped clean. Only saw 3 other people eating at this time. The booth seats were filthy. Trash, food and dirtynapkins scattered amongst the floors. Dirty dishes stacked so high. And the woman?s bathroom was beyond disgusting. One of threestalls had out of order sign. Second stall needed to have out of order sign on it. The third was worse than a gas stationbathroom. The papers towels you dry your hands with were covered on the bathroom floor because the trashcan was overflowing. Ithought the location in Lake St. Louis was awful but this one equally as bad. Perhaps those 4 employees seated around a tableshould of been working. Who cares about the lousy sandwich when the restaurant is a filthy mess! Won?t make the mistake of goingthere again. Read more

Quality control is severely lacking. Seems like every time we place a to go order, something is wrong. When I call them about... it, they offer to give me the correct items. But, it?s not worth 2 separate trips just to get what I initially ordered. Read more

Would have given four to five stars if the kitchen staff had paid closer attention to what they were doing. Ordered a pick... two, didn't get my chips and didn't get my pastry. When I went back for the pastry two mins later they had sold the last one, which was supposed to be my birthday treat. The girl behind the counter, who had taken my order, apologized profusely. Blessher heart she was so embarrassed. No big deal really and she did make it right by giving me an extra bear claw. Salad wasgood, could have used more poppyseed dressing. Love their new Signature Chicken sandwiches. Nice addition to the menu. Read more

I was looking for something quick and healthy to eat, and landed here. It was a Monday afternoon and the place was practically... empty. The cashier was semi-friendly, and made me feel hurried to order something. I ordered the Greek Salad, Mediterraneanveggie sandwich, and a bag of chips. I was given a pager and told to pick up my order from the window when it buzzed. I went tofind a seat, and most of the tables were dirty with food, napkins, leftover plates, or crumbs. I was surprised because therewere only a couple of people in there besides me. When my food was ready, I went to the window to pick up my food. The manbehind the window was very friendly and thanked me, but when I went back to ask for a fork, the woman behind the window seemedirritated that I bothered her for a fork. As for my food, my sandwich was tasty, but my salad had way too much Greek dressingon it. It was overpowering. I also didn?t get the bag of chips I ordered; I received a baguette. I didn?t want to deal with theattitude from the woman in the window again, so I just ate the baguette. If I lived in the area, I might?ve given this locationa second try, Oh well! Read more
