Train wreck. I ordered a burrito, fries and Diet Coke. The person taking the order at the drive-through asked me to repeat it... three times. When I paid for it and looked at the receipt, I noticed they charged me for a combo that included chips and salsathat I didn?t order. I told the person that, they didn?t know what to do. They asked for my card and said they were going toadjust it. They came back in a few minutes and handed everything back to me. I asked him if he credited my card back, and hesaid he thought so but didn?t know. I told him he needs to find out. They finally got the manager to take care of it, and theonly redeeming factor was that the manager gave me everything free. Very nice manager, but the employees seem to be a disaster.I know employees are hard to find these days, but they need to train them much better. You?re going to lose the customers thatyou do have. They have great meals for breakfast and lunch. The dining room is good. Takeout is good to. Try to get there before 5 pm
This is what a 10 piece chicken tender looks like. Next time I?ll just wait in line at Canes. Every other Hardee?s is cook to... order with the tender boxes. I guess this guy figured he could scrape up enough breading crumbs at the bottom with zero chickenand have those count as tenders. I won?t be back to this location. Read more
Pretty standard Hardee's. Inside is updated and clean. Service was friendly. I got some sort of Southwest melt and wasn't too... impressed, but that's what I get for going with a new special. Parking is not a problem. Just note that this is in the heart ofthe valley strip mall hell. Can be a little squirrelly getting in and out. Read more
If McDonald?s and Taco Bell grew up, became friends, and formed a kick ass fast food restaurant, they would name it Hardee?s. ... It?s surprising how much better their food is yet they have very few locations. I guess a clown and, at one point, a tiny dogreally make for great advertising. Leena is amazing! I love how Into the holidays she is! You can really tell that she is a great manager because the staff seem to... help each other out and look pleasant! I never have problems here!
