Fair warning to anyone ordering/delivering on GrubHub or DoorDash with this restaurant: This restaurant is consistently... dishonest about their pickup times on their delivery apps. On multiple occasions while driving for GrubHub I've arrived at thetime that they put that it would be ready, only to be told that it wouldn't be ready for 30+ minutes. My first two experiences Ibrushed it off and canceled the order for someone else to take (this comes with an unavoidable penalty for the driver for notcompleting the order btw.) The third time I didn't want the penalty against my account and decided to wait it out and ask themif they were aware of the ripple effect caused by them lying about the pickup times. What I got in return was attitude, liesabout how the delivery app functioned, and zero accountability on their end. In short, if you're driving through GrubHub orDoorDash then be prepared to have your time wasted or get a strike against your account for canceling.
