went for dinner yesterday and was greeted by a fluffy dog. very nice dog. food wasn?t bad but it grossed me out thinking there... could have been a dog near my food. this is a restraunt. . it wasn?t a service animal as it was running around like it owned thestore. no leash, no vest. cross contamination is a real thing. This place was an absolute rip-off. The food was average at best, and the menu is super confusing and management was... horrible. The manager asked if I wanted chicken with my bowl. The menu didn?t indicate there would an additional charge, so Isaid yes. When I got the receipt (which I didn?t even get asked if I wanted it, I had to take it off the printer myself), I gotcharged an additional $1.50 (2x) for the chicken. I questioned the manager about the additional charge, all she did was point totiny sign by the register that said that chicken was an additional $1.50. She also pointed that the small print on menu next tothe bowl (This is usually where restaurants just put the condiments) mentions double protein. Technically she didn?t do anythingwrong, it?s just common courtesy to let customers know that what they offer you is going to be an additional charge and pointout that there is more to it than just the menu.
