The drive thru moves really good and everyone is nice but the picture says it all. Croissants should not be cooked on a bagel... setting. Plus you can see the burn before even wrapping either sandwich. To the store manager, districts managers andcorporate, EVERYONE should be trained there is NO amount of burn on the food that is acceptable to wrap and pass to a customer. Read more

Honestly I like this place over all, but could y'all take the "Dinning room open" sign down. It isn't open the doors are very... much locked. Edit: I was able to go in later in the week. Read more

Last week I ordered four dozen donuts, coffee and two sandwiches. Sarah was so friendly and efficient! My order was perfect! ... Taja, the manager was the exact same. It is obvious Taja was working right along side her employees. Everything appeared to berunning smoothly and there was a wonderfully warm vibe inside. I will be back to this store in particular, to order out officemeeting donuts and coffee! Read more

I was in so much need of a coffee and my son wanted a donut with chocolate and sprinkles. The young women serenity ( sorry if... misspelled) said unfortunately we only have vanilla and strawberry at the moment. My son immediately started crying(3yrs) as hewas looking forward to this after being so strong letting us pull a HUGE splinter from his foot. She took it upon herself andsaid I?m going to make this happen for you and go make one quick. His tears quickly turned into a smile and I just wanted tocompliment how the smaller acts in life can make someone else?s day so good as she showed today. We were willing to picksomething else for him but she insisted and the kindness she showed to make him happy was truly a perfect example that goodpeople still exists! Although she didn?t have to make the donut?she wanted to. So, I love TH, first of all. Gr8 coffee, sandwiches, and more. I stop regularly for the ice latte! So, (and I should've known... this), the gal kindly says, "just so you know"... and informs me how the lattes are made. I had gotten it wrong, and she was sokind to remind me of my error. When I got up to the window, it was the same young woman, im pretty sure she wasn't even 20. I thanked her for being so professional, cuz that doesn't happen much nowadays without a lot of huffing and eye rolling from the#under30 crowd. And so, we chatted while waiting for my lattes. Tattoos, nails, people in general- she was just a joy. It's soeasy to complain...I wish more people would let folks know when they're doing a good job. Thanks, Hailie! You made my day! Order taker was very friendly. But the drive through time here has been very bad lately. Took 14 total minutes couple days ago... and today it?s already been 15 and I just finally ordered. If you?re struggling to make it work, there are consultants that canhelp you. Too many restaurant owners think they know best and it?s just not always true. Read more
