The Tropical Smoothie in Chester is the worst one. I order online so I can save as much time on my break and my food is hardly... ever ready. To top it off I order online one day and they called me to tell me they don?t have any ingredients and to cancel myorder online. Well it wouldn?t let me and the manage told her employee to tell me to call corporate. I asked what was corporatenumber and they didn?t know. ????????. First off the photo of the location here is not the location. I have provided my review on yelp. The service here is hit or... miss. I have had more bad flatbread experiences here than I can count. Last order u made was for a Chipotle chicken flatbreadwith avocado... I cane home with just a flatbread with a few pieces of chicken, a single veggie I can't point out, and a bunchof Chipotle sauce. I stopped even trying to have the corn as a side because they would package it in cling wrap without makingsure it is sealed across the top so... now there is juice all in your bag. That happened EVERYTIME. I understand that this maynot be someone's ide job, but it would be nice if there was better care of the employees so maybe it is reflected in their workb/c right now I get that no one really cares to work here as soon as I walk in the door. I shouldn't have to drive back showinghow empty my sandwhich is in order to have a photo worthy flatbread to be made in its place. I ordered door dash thinking my order was simple enough that they would not mess it up. I ordered a Thai chicken salad with... extra chicken ($) and it comes with a side. I chose the Kale/Apple slaw. What I got was a chicken salad but not the extrachicken I asked for and no peanut dressing. I also ordered an extra ($) kale salad and didn?t get that. I paid way to much fora dry tasteless salad. This is the worst! I go to this location because it's close to my house. I pre-ordered online. I didn't check my food because... they were about to close in 20mins. I get home in 5 mins. I check my food ...not only is it sloppy but it's the wrong order. Icalled back to get a re-make so I can run and pick it up... NO ANSWER! The hours are until 9 so I know they could've answeredthe phone. No worries...I'll be there bright and early in the morning with a complaint! Read more

AVOID THIS PLASE!!!!! 15 minutes waiting for a wrap with only one person a head of me, and ask the other costumer if he wanted... my wrap for free because they tough they made the order by mistake. 25 minutes total waiting for my order because because theygive my wrap to the other person for free and needed to make me another one. At the end they where going to give my second wrapto the same person and I have to tell them 4 time that it was mine and ask for the chips because they forgot them. I got thewrap without bag or napkins. This please needs a supervisor and more mature employees. They couldn?t be older than 17 yearsold. I will never visit this establishment again. Read more
