As a business owner, I really have to salute this business. I hadn?t been to this Sweet Frog location in awhile, just because I... don?t eat ice cream often. I read the reviews before and they were rough; however I know the customer isn?t always right. Manytimes they are problem people. Let me preface this by saying, the cost of the amount you get is by ounce, this is customary whenbuying frozen yogurt. It?s above the register! To all the people complaining about the cost, stop trying to act like The Jonesesif you?re broke. Guess what, people who aren?t broke don?t complain over nominal fees, and decent people are happy to supportsmall business. Interestingly, when I went in, I was behind a woman who had at least 8 children with her. Her bill came up toalmost $50, the kids cups were full. She started cursing saying, ?That?s too much,? ?Put it back (as if you can put open frozenyogurt back),? going on and on and on. The owners attitude was an AMAZING CLASS ACT! I?m watching the woman and she?s takingabout her bank accounts, obviously transferring money while wearing a Gucci bag dressed to be 9?s and broke! I?m not making thisup. I keep seeing comments complaining about cost, how dare you! Things are expensive and if you can?t afford it stop going intoother peoples establishments causing chaos. It?s not even expensive, people only behave this disrespectfully when it?s aminority business owner thinking everything is for free! Keep that same energy when business owners are white, I bet you won?t!Your financial issues are your own. No business owner asks you to come in with your nasty attitudes. This is the second time I?ve tried to come to this location in the last 30 minutes and they?re closed. I know they are not... supposed to close yet they always do half an hour early. I will never be coming back here again. I used to be a regular but notanymore this is just unacceptable. Read more
Very clean and great selection of yogurts and toppings. However, it was the first time that I had visited a Sweet Frog. For a... very small serving with minimal toppings, $8.13!!!!!!! Very good, but how could anyone take a family there????? Read more
If I could rate zero I would. Didn?t even get to go in pulled up thirty minutes before close. An he turned the light off us.... When we asked why he was closing early I was ignored and he locked the door. Horrible experience. Wont return. Read more
Clean, friendly, great choices of yogurt & toppings.
The same was very misleading. Advertising $4 to fill up a 12oz cup. Never stated there was a limit of 1 cup. So when we get to... the register, our total was almost $20. Had we have known we were paying like $12 Extra, we would not have gone. Be morespecific when advertising a sale. Won't be back any time soon. Read more
I took my wife to this location about 25 minutes before they closed last night (11/25). Door was unlocked and lights were on. ... Saw nobody working for the first few minutes. Eventually looked through the employees door window and saw someone doing whatlooked like cleaning. Said hello and knocked loudly multiple times. At one point the worker looked up at the camera feeds andthen went back to what they were doing. A few seconds later, they were gone. No way they didn?t know we were there. At thatpoint they were actively ignoring and hiding from is. We had to leave the ice cream on the counter and go. Ridiculous. Willnever go back. Read more
