This was honestly a very disappointing experience regarding Subway. I placed an online order in advance to the pick up time and... when I went to retrieve the order it hadn't even been started while the store was completely empty. The employee working wasn'tin uniform and was dressed in casual attire. He worked slowly on my sandwiches and they weren't even made properly. For myself Iordered a simple toasted BLT. Both the bread and bacon were not toasted and he added turkey to it. I also watched as he got onhis phone and proceeded to text in front of my family and I with gloved hands while making my sandwiches. He did not take themoff nor did he change his gloves while making my sandwich. Read more
Ordered an all american club and got chips. Went to pay, swiped my rewards card and was told I had 2.00 in Rewards. Asked if I... wanted to use and I said yes. I was going to pay with my debit card. The server must have hit the wrong button as he said hehad to re-ring. This time my 2.00 reward did not come up. I asked about it. I said so what about my 2.00. He said he couldnot give it back to me and so I just lost it. His attitude was very cavalier like he did not care. The sandwich was alsosloppy. Orange juice tasted hot and bitter from the fridge. Awful customer service!! teenagers behind the counter with awful attitudes... made my dining experience the worst its ever been in a subway watching how he thanked his customers for making it easy for himnot getting too many toppings is sad! How hard can it be its just making a sandwich! I was over charged and glad i asked for myreceipt he got mad when i bought it too his attention snatching my receipt and getting smart! -Sub roll was stale. - Lady cut my sub roll all the way through. -Lady making my sandwich ran out of lettuce and I had to ask... here to get fresh lettuce and put it on my sub. because she just skipped have the sub and started putting tomatoes on it withoutlettuce. -Asked for oil and vinegar and she put so little on it had to ask twice. Employees seriously lack customer service skills. Tomatoes get a C minus. No availability of daily special and no... accommodation offered. The food was good however the two employees that were working do not have good customer service at all. Talking about stuff... that is inappropriate to be talking about as they represent Subway while they are working. They were carrying on a conversationin front of customers that wasn't greeted nor asked if they were ready. If I was part of the management team, I woulddefinitely get rid of them. Read more
So I?m convinced Chester and all its entities are trash. Subway of all places serves soggy, stale bread. Chicken tasted as if it... rolled around on a dirty mop.
