This place is rude af. I was here the other day and asked for fresh fries. When I pulled up to the window, the manager (or... owner, whichever) looked at me all ticked off and said, ?I?ve got my eye on you.? What? He then says, ?Asking for fresh fries.I?m the busiest Popeyes there is. The food doesn?t sit around. It?s always fresh.? Um, ok. I wasn?t going to argue with him?butI OBVIOUSLY asked for fresh fries FOR A REASON - because there have been PLENTY of times I?ve received lukewarm, limp fries.Enough times, in fact, that I had to start asking for fresh fries. There are plenty of other reviews about this location aboutthe rudeness. If the employees seem rude and frustrated and annoyed, I can?t say I blame them if that?s the kind of managementthey have. After I placed my drive thru order of spicy wings I pulled to the window to be told they only had 3 spicy wings and there would... be a 10 minute wait for more. After opting for mild wings instead of waiting, I went home to enjoy my meal. As I was halfwaythrough my wings I ran across what appeared to be a fried cockroach. Service was terrible. The staff literally acted like they didn't even want to be there. It's not my fault you are working in a... job you hate. I ordered a 4 piece and when I asked for hot sauce I was given 3 packs. They told me 3 packs was the maximumamount their management allowed them to give anyone. I even offered to pay for more and was told they don't do that. I havenever heard of this rule at any other Popeyes. I love Popeyes but this specific location is terrible. Read more

If I could leave zero stars, I would. Absolutely terrible customer service. Not only did I have to wait 10 mins to place an... order in store, but was also yelled at by the general manager while I was standing off to the side of the line while I waitedfor fresh chicken. He also said to me, ?If you?re looking to get fresh chicken that?s just come out the grease, then you?re atthe wrong restaurant!? This lack of professionalism is a terrible example to his employees, not to mention the other customersthat were also waiting in line. Spicy chicken hasn't been what it typically is. It used to be more flavorful and spiced than it has been the last couple visits.... Both of the last two visits we had to wait 20+ minutes for chicken which is far too long for a fast casual restaurant thatspecializes in chicken. Quality of the sides has been ok, and the chicken that does come out is cooked thoroughly and is moist.Just needs more spice and faster turnaround time. Read more

We sat at the drive thru window for over 10 minutes. They didn?t even give us the courtesy to let us know a approximate time... frame for our order. They made our drinks, and the drinks just sat there by the drive-thru window while the employees were allhanging out laughing and talking. Finally when we get our order, we asked them what each drink was and the employee told us, to?figure it out?. Every drink was wrong. Not even what we asked for. This is the second location where I have stood waiting forever while other people were waited on that came in after me. This... last time I placed a mobile order, went to pick it up after 15 minutes. I stood there like I was invisible. 7 or 8 workers and amanager up front wandering around, picking and choosing who to wait on, get refills for , chat with and whatever. After 10minutes a young man who seemed very put out to talk to me asked what my order number was. He went to multiple registers lookingfor it. Hadn?t even been pulled up. He meandered around then finally I see him standing at the side making my three sandwichesat about the slowest pace he could manage without completely stoping. Walked around with them , slowly put them in a bag thenwalked back to where he was making them and finally put one order of fries in the bag..Then he wandered up front to again ,slowly closed thr bag with two stickers , walked over and handed it to me while striking up a conversation with someone. Iwatched another man stand there with no one else in line being totally ignored by the manager and all employees. I was in thisbusiness for 20 years and this place acts like they?re doing you a favor to even consider waiting on you. Chester has way toomany more chicken places that may not be perfect but none of them are as screwed up as this place is. What in the world is this....This is what is supposed to be a Mac and cheese. This is what they sent to my house. Along with the... wrong drinks messed up food and missing items. It is literally a hit or miss with this place but night shift seems to be theworse. I would much rather be told u don?t have something then to be given anything. I am truly disappointed. I know how itfeels to work in fast food and I try to make life easy because we all forget things sometimes but giving someone food that lookslike this is just wrong. Read more
