They were extremely busy but very conscientious and welcomed me with smiles, very courteous and fast service, surprisingly. But... the employees all impressed me including the manager on duty at the time. I wouldn't mind working there with this particularcrew. My disappointment was with the food. SLOW. No curbside pickup and the line was wrapped around the building and out of the parking lot almost backing up to Route 10.... If i hadn't already ordered i wouldn't have stopped. And did i mention that service was SLOW. Super SLOW. even on a pickup orderwe waiting 20 minutes after arriving. I like Chic Fil A but not enough to endure that much of a wait. Read more
Service was great, very friendly and courteous. Place was very busy and still got order about to us in a reasonable amount of... time. Inside was pretty clean as well. The only reason for 4 stars is the parking area and drive through are very tight quartersand clustered, was very hard to get in and out of. Food was great and still fresh and warm. Read more

I started keto & it was suggested that I try the salad. I choose the Cobb salad & ordered online because the line was... ridiculous. When I finally got close to the building, someone cut me in the line from the other direction. The staff was goingfrom car to car but turned back before they reached mine. Then when I got around the corner I saw the staff greet the customersbut seemed to avoid my car. Eventually I got the salad and left but not before a Chick-fil-A delivery vehicle almost crashedinto me. The salad was good, but not that good for me to experience that frustration again. One of the poorer Chick-fil-A experiences I've had. My drink order was wrong and one of my entrees was wrong. The drink order... was fixed, but we didn't feel like waiting around again to correct the entree. This could have been fixed had the cashier justread back the order. I?m giving one star because my food was cold spicy chicken sandwich and fries, which my fries looked cold and old. I asked for... extra pickles which they have always (I?ve never visited this particular one) since I can recall put them in a small containerwith a lid on it. My bread was very wet and soggy. I asked for both of my drinks to be large with no ice..and two cups of ice.That wasn?t done the lady gave me two cups of water and one large lemonade no ice when I told her about the second drink shestill added ice to it..it?s not a big deal I do this because I love the lemonade and I?m traveling so I didn?t want it to bewatered down. The sauces I asked for not even half of them were given to me. It?s a simple read order off the screen and fulfillthe order. I?m not sure why this wasn?t done correctly. The order was done on the app and everything is there plain as day evenon the receipt so I?m confused!! I was not able to eat my fries and the sandwich was just ok because it was not hot and the foodwas greasy. I just expected more from Chick-fil-A because they ?always? get it right!!! I am a Market Grill Salad fan and wanted to use my rewards points for one. However, though that particular location has switched... to the new Citrus Salad the my rewards scan still prompts the Market Grill. It caused a delay in the cashier figuring how toring it up!
