The burger was very dry. A good chef can do no pink, yet soft and edible. This was like biting rubber?threw away the burger.... Poor service. The rest of the order was not well put together. Service was slow as they were short of help. It took almost 30 mins just to get our drinks and my wife called out to someone to... make that happen. Food was good when it arrived and overall they have always been good on service. I think it was kind a badday. Read more
I gave them 2 stars... the hostess when I walked in were very polite and nice. I should have check my food before leaving but... 14.00 for a sandwich and no fries is crazy especially when going over the order 3 times when ordering. Also key word is empathywhen calling to let you guys know you messed up. 8.31.22 night shift. Every time I order from this restaurant I have issues and when I call to get my issues fixed or complain the managers are rude... nasty and condescending whatever you do do not go to this restaurant unless you want your orders messed up and nasty rudecustomer service. We ordered a well-done burger and it was raw. We order a riblet basket and a riblet plate and the order wasexactly the same except for the price. Ordered a burger and wished I would've just stuck with beer. Beer was amazing. Burger was cooked to perfection (well done and... juicy) but it had a funny, off taste to it. Kinda gross tbh. Service was ok...just ok, lol. I asked for mustard for my burgerand the waitress bought me 1 teeny package. She was blaming it on something but I waived off her excuse. Really didn't wannahear why she could only bring me one packet, lmao. There was something stuck to the table as well that they never cared toremove. Sticker or something. If they had management that cared, they would've taken some goo gone or something to the stickycircle in the middle of my meal, but alas it looked like the eyesore had long been forgotten about.
