Local Diner. I always was thinking that local diner is like home food. Fresh food friendly people. But not this place. Food was... all so old just not fresh. Perfect portions and reasonable prices. Everyone who worked there was very nice. I ordered something that was a special request... and they listened and made it perfect. Bonus the fries were HOT and crispy! Crazy how so many diners can't get that right, butthis place did. I came here before to eat-in and the food and service was good. This review is for my takeout order. The food I ordered was... soaked in oil. I had to use a lot papertowels to soak up the excess oil. It's like my food was boiled in oil, instead of fried.I couldn't even eat the loaded potato skins. They were old, cold, and smelled like cardboard. I spent close to $30 for a mealthat I could not enjoy. I hope management takes a closer look at their cooks and food preparation techniques. Read more
Enjoyed a wonderful breakfast here today. I am always searching for a good omelet and this place delivered. Staff was very... friendly and accommodating. Food was fresh and delicious and I saw they had a whole gluten free menu. The turkey bacon had anamazing smoky flavor. Cannot wait to return. Read more
My family and I had a great time at this restaurant. There were ample parking for patrons. Upon entering, we were greeted... immediately at the door the lady was very professional and courteous. We were escorted to our table immediately and handed menusand told us we'll be taken care of very soon with a pleasant smile. The waiter was very professional and frequently checking onus to make sure everything was okay. The restaurant was clearly lit a very clean establishment with partitions in agreement withthe CDC guidelines. Breakfast lunch and dinner is served there and the breakfast served were very delicious. In fact they hadmeals here for patrons with restrictive carb diet. There are restrooms here very clean and the male restroom have one stall oneurinal and the sink mirror and contactless air dryer for your hands. Good portions and good food. Might be original stools at the counter and then dining area was renovated not too long ago in... past. Probably would increase to five stars after eating there more. My first time in many, many years. Waitress Donna was cooland gave it that old school diner feel for me with her friendliness...or maybe I just love being in NY again. Read more
They have a gluten free menu. Vegetarian and vegan options which include the impossible burger. I got the gluten free cheese... ravioli and they had fresh jalapenos which we asked for. Was great Read more
My first impression was, ?clean? but only because I went to the bathroom first. The staff was responsive and the food was good.
