Very cluttered and noisy. Was everything a Tearoom is not. The gray haired woman, possibly the owner was a bit nasty and and... unpleasant. I also was not a fan of their scones. When I tried to put preserves and clotted cream on it, it fell apart. Thebathroom was very unappealing and the wall decor needed a good cleaning. Very disappointed. Read more

If you like tea , this is the place to be! Huge variety of Tea. Eclectic little place. They also serve food and desserts. I... just stopped for a cup of tea because there?s always time for tea. I would like to go back and try some food. I noticed alobster Mac and cheese on the menu so I?d probably give that a go next time. Read more

What a delightful place, a real change from local fare to something that feels different and yet comforting and familiar in some... grand way, like visiting far off cousins. We enjoyed tea and lunch, and a bit of dessert and took home scones for later. Ishould have bought some tea for home as well - next time, I think I will, or perhaps other treats from overseas! It's not hard to get 4 or 5 stars from me. Went here with my Mom the day after Thanksgiving. The food is okay, but the service... is really lacking. They would benefit from a busboy and better serving staff that is more attentive. Overall, pretty good. Read more

I was here recently for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. It was very busy, we sat outside in the tent. The food was delicious,... generous and prepared fresh. The tea was tasty and flavorful. They had seasonal tea for the time of the year. I got potato saladas my side and that was tasty as well. You could tell it was homemade and not store bought. The only thing that made thisreview 4 star is the service. The waitress was apologetic and said they were lacking staff, like most places during COVID times. We were understand not in a rush. Although, at the end of our meal we waited a very long time for our check. When we askedanother waitress she said our waitress had gone to work a party inside and she would help us pay. If we had known that we wouldof paid before she had moved. Overall the food was very good, just plan on allowing a little extra time if you?re visitingsoon! Read more

Food was delicious. Shrimp and avocado on croissant was great, very tasty croissant. Nice sandwich size also. Amazing,... extensive tea selection. Now for the bad: our waitress seemed overwhelmed, she disappeared frequently and did not check on us atany time, we had to ask staff to get her several times. Soup was delicious but lukewarm. Soup was 7.00 but portion size wasskimpy should have been 4.50. Folks that sat after us were served their entire meal and gone before we were served our maincourse. We will give it another try maybe our waitress was new or having a bad day. Definitely worth visiting if you have timeto spare. Read more
