A hidden jem! This is not just a pizza joint, It is easily one of the best local Italian restaurants in the area. The food is... homemade and amazingly delicious. I had the lobster ravioli with vodka sauce, INCREDIBLE. The sauce was as good as mine. Myhusband thought his veal saltimbocco was the best he ever had. Even the salad was fantastic. We ended with a personalrecommendation of pistachio tartufo which was off the hook. The staff couldn't be more inviting. They truly want you to enjoyyour meal. Read more

Moving along the NJ Pizza Tour in Morris County brings us to New York Pizza in Chester. Chef Shabo could not be nicer or more... accommodating. The place was clean and staff was nice. The slice was an above average slice where the crust spoke to you first.Cooked perfectly, then the Grande Cheese gives you the best Pizza Cheese and finally the sauce. Would have loved to taste moreof the sauce to go with the cheese and the crust. You can tell Shabo takes a lot of pride in his products and places a highvalue on his customers. This was one of the best in Chester, see where they will Rank in the Morris County rankings. Worthstopping for sure, the speciality pizzas looked great, especially the sicilian.
