Ordered 2 breakfast combos with teas. Upcharged us like .39 cents for each tea. Is tea extra now?
Poor service at pay window. Man was drinking his smoothie and wiped his hands on his mouth then proceeded to take my card for... payment. Made me sit there and wait while he drank his smoothie. So unprofessional. The guy at the pick up window was wonderfultho. Kind and professional. Waited on drive thru to order for over 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me !!!! Read more
Let me tell you, I have never ever seen such disrespectful staff. The cashier was sweet but the rest were outside smoking and... yelling they didn?t give a ?fuck? what people thought. Rude people at drive thru. I asked for a drink with no ice & then they filled drink half way. Didn't get no straws I didn't get... salt or ketchup. And the guy that stared at me so weird. I will not be back at that one again. Read more
There is definitely an issue with some of the employees hired, very few stay and/or provide any real customer service. Overall... it's given a three because of the employees who currently work there that make an effort to create a friendly, customer firstenvironment. Update: Still The Same Read more
