Grilly Cheese recently came to cater our annual houseparty. Everything was outstanding from the level of service to the quality... of the food. They arrived on time, were set up and ready earlier than promised. Steven was so accommodating to all our guests,and everyone was pleased with how friendly the staff was. This is the THIRD time we have use Grilly Cheese for an event at our home. We initially used them for a pandemic Bar Mitzvah... celebration then last year for a friends/neighborhood Halloween party. This year, when we sent our invites, instead of the morecommon "what can I bring" the main question was, "will there be grilled cheese again" Our friends and family love the food andthe staff is great to work with. Steven, the owner is a wonderful guy that isso easy to communicate with. He provided each and every bit of information we need during planning, and paid so much attentionto detail in order to make our event an experience we will forever cherish. They catered a customized menu based on our requestsand even suggested on how to make it great accommodating personal preferences with every guest that we have (including vegan andvegetarian); payment process was a breeze and overall service was superb. Stevem himself was even there tending and serving usin the party making sure that everyone was smiling as they enjoyed their food. They're punctual and very respectful of theproperty. We hired Grilly Cheese truck and Steven's crew to do a plated meal for our wedding in Oct 2022. First of all, the food was... delicious the night of--even better than when we went for the tasting. One of my bridesmaids is vegan, and she said it's thebest wedding food she's ever had. It's also incredibly well-priced. We opted to do a plated meal because of the number ofelderly guests, and I called allllll over price shopping. This is the best deal out there, hands down! Read more
