The chicken parmesan was horrible. The spaghetti noodles were the worst I have ever had.The sauce was even worse... like diced... tomatoes just poured over the spaghetti with no seasoning. The bread sticks were hard and tough. Not an enjoyable meal to saythe least. I think Zino's can do better!! Had pulled pork BBQ and brisket combo a few weeks earlier and that was good except thefat I got from the brisket. Will not get brisket again. I think Zino's can do much better. Read more

I think the restaurant staff is MORALLY OPPOSED to bringing an entire table's food out at one time. I've been here 3 times with... multiple sized groups from 4 to 15. The food has NEVER come out at the same time. It's not expecting too much for a 4 top to gettheir food at one time. I'm not talking about a couple minutes between dishes because the server's hands are full. I mean 10+minutes between dishes. On the night we had 15, one person got their food after EVERYONE had finished and the plates werecleared - and everyone else's was brought to the table over a 40 minute long span. It's ridiculous. And no, the restaurant wasnot packed any of these nights. The food is fine if you want subs. Standard diner fare. The Margherita pizza tasted like anindividual FROZEN pizza with a can of diced tomatoes dumped on top. Wet. Gross. The last time friends wanted to meet there, Ijusr chose not to eat. The experience was better for me, but I got to see their frustration as the dishes trickled out of thekitchen. I don't understand the appeal of this restaurant. Ordered ahead and picked up a delicious lasagna for lunch and salted caramel cheesecake for dessert. Their food is always hot... or cold depending on your order as well as reasonable priced. Working next door to them doesn't hurt either. Always a greatplace to dine in or carry out! Read more

The quality of food has gone down tremendously. The dismal swamp pasta used to be my favorite dish now it's very bland w/out any... seasoning what so ever. Also ordered the chicken salad wrap that was disgusting, I promise there was only dry chicken and mayoin the wrap. Very disappointing. Read more

The sheer quantity of available menu items is astounding and gives a family the ability to easily cater to so many different... tastes in one order. Our family has enjoyed many different dishes and all of them so far have been winners. Zino's is definitelytops on our list when thinking of ordering takeout/delivery. Read more

I'm very disappointed to waste my money at this establishment. When we order, we always order the exact things Large Stingers... Buffalo pizza and lemon pepper wings. It is ALWAYS a hit or miss - the kitchen staff is inconsistent and/or simply lazy. Thispizza literally has WHOLE overcooked chicken tenders on it, very little buffalo sauce, no ranch drizzle. A completedisappointment to my $50.00 meal. Garlic butter & mild buffalo sauce, chicken bites, mozzarella cheese, drizzled with ranchdressing Linda looked inside my pizza box multiple times before handing my order off to me - evidentially thewaitstaff/cashiers do not care what comes out of the kitchen either.
