I would have given 5 stars but the white guy who was working today Dec 1 around 11 was a very rude. If you don't want to be at... work leave. Over all not a nice person the lady working with him ..super nice . Place seem to be clean ....and the food wasgreat . That guy just sucks as a person ...just makes me want to eat elsewhere next time and yes I even tipped and dude wasstill rude ..won't tip again if he there or buy anything. Read more

I've been eating Zero's subs since I was a teen, trust and believe that was many many years ago. I've never been disappointed... with their food or service, no matter the location. Today I went to the Greenbrier location which had a lunch special. A halfsub of your choice, chips or fries and a drink all for $7.02. Now that's a bargain. Again , not one complaint, oh my bad , Idid have one the person who helped me was a Commander fan( I know I hit a nerve if you're a Redskin fan) but you'll get over it.Zero's always does me right. Peace, I'm out. Read more

Employees randomly close early... Especially on Sundays! And when they are open, they seemed to be disgruntled and are overall... unprofessional & rude. I have no idea why I keep coming here - But no more. I'm done. Hopefully other locations will prove to bebetter?? Read more

We love Zero's. Have since living here back in the 90s. Our go to sandwich has always been the grinder, all the way. Which is... what you seen in my picture. The reason for the 2 stars only is because despite asking for Zero's sauce and all the way, notonly wasnt there any Zero's sauce but no oil or vinegar. This isn't the first time we've been left disappointed in this locationbut I think it's the last time we'll go there. I'm impatiently waiting for the Cedar Rd location to open. I'm hoping for betterluck there. Read more

I don't normally write reviews when places are bad. But the grinder I had from here the other day. Was hands down the worst... Zero's sub I have ever had. The lettuce was old and wilted. The tomatoes were old and soggy. The sandwich was burnt includingthe lettuce. The customer service and wait time were good though. Read more

Put one star just to make the post. First of all just look at the photo. Does this look like Chicken? It looks like slop on... messed up bread. Bread that should of been thrown away Soggy tomato's. And when u call a manager it does not help when she istalking over you. Love Zeros but will never go back to this location Poor food and poor service. I rather go to college parkZeros. Or Victory Crossing. Read more

place was fairly clean. some dirty tables and haven't seen anyone come by to clean in the 40 mins I've been here. food was good.... got the 12" monster meatball (marinara, provolone, meatball, pepperoni, bacon, sausage) and a small drink. meal came out to$16.40. with the sub being $12.99. pretty pricey for what I received. still tasted good. service was unfriendly. cashier (baldhead, glasses) seemed like he didnt want to be here and felt miserable. location is tucked in the back corner of a shoppingplaza. not sure if I'll ever come back.
