Great customer service. The employees are friendly and helpful, which is a reflection of the owner. Although I was ordering... takeout, the young lady was nice enough to bring the order over to where I was sitting when it was ready. I'm not rating this a5, because I got things on my subs that I didn't ask for and didn't like and because I had melted cheese it was difficult totake off. Read more
The only reason I ate any of it was because we were starving on an 8 hour drive. Disgusting place. RUDE staff. Mediocre to... terrible food. There were not only one, but TWO long purple hairs (same color hair as the employee making our food) in my ?chefsalad?. The ?Chef salad? had no egg, no cheese and pickled NOT fresh onions. I called and ordered their grilled veggie sub- mentioned on their website. Told they don?t have that. Ok.....asked them what... they did have that was vegetarian. I was told they had a sub called the Cosmo. Asked the girl who answered the phone whatexactly was in that- she said ?vegetables?. I literally had to ask her to clarify which vegetables were on the sub. She sighedand listed the vegetables. I hung up on her. Serious lack of customer service skills. Sorry, not sorry. Went inside and ordered. The staff was friendly and let me know that certain toppings were extra. Inside they have a few chairs... to sit and wait with table dividers. The food quality was good. The store was visibly clean, the staff was all wearing masks.I'd recommend ordering ahead to avoid a line and wait. Overall good experience. Read more
I've probably been here 10000 times since i was a kid. This last time was greatest experience ever. TOP NOTCH. Just two... employees right before 12pm. But the service was great, fast, and friendly. The food was even better. My only complaint is thechange i got back was 2 fives and 1 one so i couldn't leave the tip i wanted without tipping almost 65% and my money ain't thateasy to come by.
