Cashier didn't take offer off my app even though he scanned it. Burgers were completely different than what we ordered and he... argued that they were not. We couldn't prove it though because when I asked for my receipt after I paid, he showed me a blankslip and said they couldn't print receipts. Read more

This Wendy's customer service is absolutely horrendous. Do yourself a favor and SKIP THIS RESTAURANT. Go to the Wendy's a little... further down Battlefield. There is one on either side of Battlefield by Walmart or by the Dollar Tree by Cedar rd. If I couldgive zero stars I would. At the end of the day, did I get my meal? Yes. Was it complete all times? No. The first time I wenthere I wasn't greeted properly on the drive thru and was just asked what I wanted. I asked for my meal and some BBQ sauce withmy nuggets. I didn't get any BBQ sauce but was already out of the area to go back and ask for any when I found out. The secondinstance I was in the drive thru for 17 minutes. I'm a patient person but that still became too much for a drive thru. I endedup leaving. The third instance today there was no one in line. I STILL waited 15 minutes. When asking twice what the wait was Iwas told, "We're taking a 15." Same drill with the terrible customer service, not even reading my order back to me. When Ipulled up to the window and paid, the employee asked me to reverse a few feet then pull up. Everyone who has worked at fast foodknows they're just trying to reset their timer so it looks like I was served faster. I politely did so. If these guys didn'tcare for their service, it would've guaranteed that they would have spat in my or my child's food, which was why I did so anddidn't say anything about it. Once again, no BBQ sauce. It's a little further of a drive, but I'm going to another Wendy's fromnow on. I'd rather not deal with these people and their terrible customer service. Read more
Night crew needs to step up their customer service and food quality. Nobody is forcing you to stay at a job you don't want on... top which the upper management seems like they dont care about service just as long as they get the line moving and people getthis poorly made food. This place is horrible at night. They are obviously not competing with wages. They are always understaffed. They cheat to get... their service time up by having you pull forward to the door so that way it looks like they gave you your food in a timelymanner. I wouldn't give my money to a company that doesn't pay their employees a competitive wage. Sometimes people take jobsbecause it's the first call back and have to take something. Read more

Ordered 2 of those pretzel pub bacon burgers and 1 pretzel pub bacon sandwich. None of them came with bacon on them. I mean it?s... in the name that it should have bacon. I was not informed if they were even out of bacon. If I knew all of my burgers andsandwich would come with out bacon I would have canceled and went to another Wendy?s. Mine, I ordered to not have any picklesor crispy onions on it. When I got home I saw that it not only had pickles on it but also it looked like fried pickles too.
