Very unprofessional! They said the drive thru wasn't working so we went inside while the drive thru was actually working. The... worker proceeded to take our order and not even finish it walked away half through taking it and another worker finished takingour order a while later because the other one walked away. The first girl proceeded to get our food ready and she slammed everybag with our food in it on the counter while she rolled her eyes! She was very rude and acted like it was a inconvenience wewhere there. All the employees where being lazy and didnt want to do there job especially her. Read more
The staff,restaurant and my meal were top notch!!! I came in today around 1:15 pm and was greeted soon after I walked and... treated with upmost courtesy and respect from every staff member on shift that today . I thanked them so much because at the twoother locations off battlefield and I think kempsville roads were horrible. The restaurant was nice and clean and anythingyou needed or asked they were more than willing to help. I'll definitely be back daily and hope when this is seen theyll getsome sort of praise or reward because nowadays something so so simple as courtesy and appreciation of consumer moneys is so hardto find and from I experienced at Sam's circle you guys had it and then some!!? Last time l?ll ever come to this Wendy?s. Whatever cook, order bagger, and lady bringing food to the window working on 9/11/2022... at 5:00pm needs to be FIRED. Food was disrespectfully cold and I ordered a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger and they gave me a doublestack. Then for some reason randomly put fried pickles on my sandwich?? Just awful, this location makes African Americans lookbad speaking from a Black person myself. Either do your job right or go home and collect welfare. Read more
Every time I've stopped by this location they were out of one or more items. The parking lot usually has quite a bit of trash,... beer cans all over tonight. The service is just non-existent and tonight was no exception, ended up driving a few minutes downN Battlefield to that Wendy's which did a wonderful job. Read more
I just came through the drive thru at 9:30pm. This location has gone wayyyyy down hill. Line was almost all the way around the... building & cars weren?t moving in a timely manner. I ordered the #1 combo. $9.09 w/tax. Was told they were out of cheese. Pulledaround finally. The cashier wasn?t even trying to be pleasant & neither was the person who handed me the food. I pulled aroundto check my food and french fries were cold and burger was not fresh. I?m so disappointed because this was once a fast andfriendly place to go to with HOT food. I ordered the spicy chicken combo with unsweetened ice tea. The gentleman behind the counter had a name tag identifying as... manager. He brought my ice tea in a kids cup and after questioning about this discrepancy, replaced with the normal size. Got inthe car and once on the road opened my sandwich..... It was not what I ordered????. I chose Wendy's over Chick Filet this dateand found this to be unfortunately a mistake. Read more
This location is my favorite in my local area. Staff are always friendly and although a very busy location, my mobile orders are... given priority. Fries are ALWAYS hot and meals always picture perfect. Download the app the app and you can get some awesomefreebies throughout the month/year. You can also customize meals (i.e., small drink and large fry or large iced coffee withsmall fry). Delivery surcharges are high even with the free delivery so I rarely use this feature but otherwise love everythingelse. Read more
