If I could write a review with negative stars I would!! Went in this afternoon to grab lunch with the wife and kids. Walk up to... order and they now have self ordering pos system okay fine. We place our order, the " manager" or shift lead I assume was behindthe counter gloves on while on her phone. She paused her call long enough to yell my name and tell me they don't make thesandwich my wife ordered anymore, then just continues her conversation??? No thought talk to us and figure out what we wanted todo. After five minutes I had enough and said I need a refund now. She chuckles while on the phone still and tells me she doesn'tknow how to do that... I told her she better find someone who does. Bottom line here I have been in the restaurant business for25 years this is definitely not someone that should ever have been promoted which makes me question upper management abilitiesas well.. This place is feeling more like a McDonald's with how often they're out of frostys. I've tried to order one on several different... occasions when I've had a craving for one and every single time they haven't had it. I don't know if it's a supply issue or alazy staff issue, but it's been very disappointing for me. I will say however this has been the only problem I've had with thislocation as my orders have always come out correct, hot, and fresh. Read more

Store was closed without any signs. i... knocked the door, manager was ignoring me for 20 minutes. finally she come to the door and told me to walk through drive throughto pick up my online order. i said its not safe and asked to hand it to me, she refused.
