Wendys just lost a long time customer usually eat there at least once a week. My wife and I tried to order lunch at their new... electronic menu board. The nastiest Wendy?s I ever had.. nuggets like rubber , trip stack burger didn?t taste right.. and the chili was... teeeeeeeeerible. The chili didn?t have the slightest taste of spice or seasoning.. it honestly tasted like some cheap beefcooked In ketchup.. got my $$$ once won?t happen a 2nd or 3rd time. Read more

My most recent experience saw drastically long lines, slow service, and when I realized they forgot my items I had to walk up to... the drive thru window because the inside was locked during peak hours. The issue was corrected but I saw many potentialcustomers leave because of the long wait. The food is on par with the price. Few of the employees show genuine care in theirwork. Read more

Open your lobby, or take yourselves off of DoorDash. You?re wasting drivers? time sitting in the slow drive thru only for the... food to not be ready anyway. Why is every Wendy?s lobby closed still? Read more

I went to this Wendy's on a whim as I was waiting for my CVS prescription. I didn't want to cook dinner as I just had a long... day. During my ordering, my silly self ordered two number 10s instead of 2 10 piece nuggets. I had paid already when I realizedI messed up. The person at the window was so understanding and helped switch up my order, 0 hesitation. Excellent customerservice, thank you! That kind of patience truly helped me feel better after this day. Went to this location for lunch today in the dining room and was never acknowledged after waiting a few minutes. There were 3... employees in the kitchen but none of them made eye contact or said anything. We said excuse me and asked if anyone was workingat the register. At first they ignored us, then when we persisted, the one employee said, "I have to ask." He returned and saidno one was working the register. No explanation, no apology, no customer service. If you cannot serve customers in both thedrive thru line and the dining room, please close your dining room. I will not visit this location again. Read more

I honestly don't know if I'll eat at a Wendy's ever again, but I definitely will never be back here. Even had to wait about 10... minutes in the drive thru for this. The chicken nuggets were hard too Read more

We come her all the time as the Wendy's by Walmart is completely worse. I have gotten cold fries before but we normally dine in... and the staff is more than willing to swap it out. This place does get crowded sometimes but normally they are very quick. Read more
