The Hillcrest branch in Chesapeake VA left me a bit disappointed. The fries were cold , I saw a lady dump the ketchup on top of... the fries with no gloves on and I ordered only 1 large fries. The drive-thru cashier said 4 dollars when the price menu showed299. When I asked about the price at the window, the cashier lady acted condescending about it . I didn't receive a receipt todo a review. So, I did it here,online, instead. Now when to the Wendy's at 1456 mt.pleasant rd. In Chesapeake, they made thingsright for me and was nice to me as well. I came here after a long and stressful day to eat and do homework. I was very tired but put on a smile and cheerful demeanor.... The man who met me was very kind and matched my energy. He got my food in a matter of seconds. As I walked away with my tray andattempted to grab a straw, the tray slipped and everything came crashing down. The reason for one star missing: no one came tohelp me for the next embarrassing seven minutes I was kneeling in the floor cleaning up my mess with napkins.
