Ordered a smoothie for me and my mom. Staff was pleasant, restroom was clean and smoothie was COLD on such a hot day!!

Chicken Caesar wrap had very little meat but lots of lettuce. The smoothie i bought i had to return twice. The color and flavor... was not sweet both times i returned. I eventually went back to the store on Taylor rd Chesapeake and just got my money back.Tropical smoothie costs too much for your food not to be right. The young workers in there don't care, they already haveattitudes when you first order and if you have to ask for something else, they have a double attitude with their looks andmannerisms. I?ve visited a few times, and I have not experienced any of the issues that others have mentioned. The smoothies are always... good, and the wraps/sandwiches have been delicious. The service doesn?t ?knock your socks off friendly,? but it?s not badeither. My negative is that the storefront and doors/windows are somewhat cluttered and dirty. Read more
