Very rude male working cash register. I stopped going to one subway and this will be the second!
Me and my husband wanted subway so we came here to get a couple subs. When we walked to order our food we were pushed aside for... a catering order. I understand that you have to cater but you could've done two subs first. Then when someone did help us heonly did my sandwich. He didn't even ask my husband if he wanted to order. Sub was very good! And great customer service! I enjoy the spicy Italian, and the tuna sub is very good, very clean, nice... location. Very convenient I go early, shop Food Lion, then order my sub next door, food is good and very fresh and DELICIOUS!they don't skimp on what you want on your sub, employees very safe with mask and gloves, I would give them 10 Stars ???? (update4-18-2022) I have always tried their different subs this morning the manager said try one of their wraps, I told her just makesomething good it was a ham, turkey and veggies and WOW! was it delicious!! I had a very bad experience here, there fountain Coca Cola tastes like chlorine I didn?t realize when I drank some until later I... realized it tastes like chlorine . The lady who helped was seemed racist with her choice of words and actions , she made me feeluncomfortable but I killed her with kindess and left her a tip I did that to show her she doesn?t have to be that way, not aplace to eat lunch or dinner here it will ruin your stomach P.s. she over charged me I always get the same thing and pay $8 shecharged me $12. Location is clean and well managed. They do not require masks for customers but the staff was wearing them. Quick service, very... professional and a wonderful experience especially seeing as so many businesses are struggling to find good help. I will stophere again! Read more
The staff working the day we went were absolutely fantastic! Very cheery and friendly. Everything was fresh and tasted great and... they didn't give me any guff for a special order. Amazing customer service! I wish I had caught the names of the two young men that worked on 11-10-19 sometime between 5:30 and... 6:00 pm, they were very friendly and hard working. Especially the gentleman that rang me up. It's hard to find great customerservice nowadays and he went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my order. Thank you again! Read more
I went to this location for the 1st time and the people were very friendly and they had the line moving in a very quick fashion... at lunch time I was impressed with the rate which they produced the food...
