I ordered 2 of the same drink (iced vanilla oat milk toasted espresso) and they gave me two drinks that didn?t look anything... alike. One of the drink was so dark it didn?t like it had oat milk in it and the other one looked like it was just oat milk. Ican?t make this up. SMH Read more

This is by far the best Starbucks in Chesapeake and the best one I've ever been to. As someone in the hospitality field, as soon... as I walked in I knew that the Owner has trained their staff to be attentive and responsive to anyone walking in the doors. Iwas surprised by the barista Jose who remembered my name after only my 3rd time visiting this location. Today, Charlie made myday.....And the coffee is good, because duh, Starbucks. Read more
Yo this place keeps putting whip cream on the bottom of the cups so we get less of the actual frappes. This is the only place... that puts whipped cream at the bottom of a double chocolate chip frappe. When I asked if they can make it again they just pouredit in another cup and added more whipped cream on the top. Yes I took a sip but you can clearly see where the drink started inthe first place. It was way below where they should be filled to and you can see the whipped cream on the bottom. This is a scamif I ever saw one. Read more
Usually decent, but today paid 6+ dollars for a double smoked bacon and cheddar sandwich that had no bacon at all. Not a hard... task at all. And no one will answer the phone at the location. Not worth the 15 min ride back with the cost of fuel today. Read more
I ordered a sugar cookie latte from this place and lemme tell you, I used my free drink points on this??? There is NO SUGAR and... they refused to refund my stars. Trash. They told me they could remake it at their location but I was already home, reallywanted a refund because I threw this drink away!!! Sad service. Choose a location besides this one, just a tip. Customer service at this Starbucks today was about as good as a Wendy?s in Norfolk. Let them know that something you ordered... wasn?t in the bag and the young sassy girl they hired will have an attitude with you. I?ll avoid this store and sassy latrinafrom now on Read more
Edit: original 2 ? ? since this original post the store has taken great strides to clean up the issue, which I believe just... plagued the newly opened store. So I don't typically leave negative reviews but I will let the photos speak for them selves. Read more
