When you order a venti & pay for an extra shot, you seem to receive less coffee????? This location never fills your coffee in... accordance to the size you pay for? So don?t even bother ordering anything bigger than a grande. Read more

It doesn't seem from lack of trying, but they are SO SLOW. I ordered ahead. The app said I had to come in instead of going... through the drive thru like I would have at other locations. Every other person that is waiting has complained for the waittimes. One said she's been waiting over 30 min. Another couple went to ask for a refund, as they didn't even want their coffeeanymore. There is one person making a majority of the coffee orders. There is a person at the window taking orders. Anotherperson is slowly also making a few of the drink orders. Then the person taking orders at the counter. I don't know if it's astaffing issue or what, but the wait has been absolutely ridiculous. At least they are being nice. Read more

The drive thru time here is just absurd. And given the route location of the drive thru, it makes the parking lot super painful... to park to go inside and get out. Most times we usually drive the Starbucks out in Suffolk by the chkd places. Read more

Today I placed an order at 10:27 it?s currently 10:59 and I haven?t even received my drinks. I used my reward and and instead of... grande o asked to switch the simple cold brew to a venti. Per the APP I?m allowed to do so.. well the manager Austin told theassociate that was fine No worries. However, I have yet to receive my beverage. This location this Starbucks really sucks. Andit?s not the employee?s fault because they don?t provide the locations. However, the service can be a little better because theyknow it?s a busy location. The associates name is Sarah. She seem not too concerned with getting my beverage prepared. She alsogot really frustrated when I explain to her that they upsized the wrong drink. What?s funny is I frequent this location and whenI go to the drive-through I never have a problem. However, when I go inside is always an issue. Maybe this lets me know that Idon?t need to go inside because they?re never prepared. As I watched customer after customer, get their beverages and food itemsand leave the store. I begin to wonder if they even more worried about getting my things together. Thankfully, Austin came overand apologized? but, how am I going to take this watery Frappuccino home to my husband because he?s going to look at me like I?mcrazy. Unbelievable how slow they were! We were the only ones inside and ordered 3 cold drinks, 1 hot drink and 4 pastries. Took 30... mins!! Never again, these crew of 5 workers would NEVER make it working anywhere else. Read more

This was an unpleasant visit. We accidentally pulled passed the drive-thru intercom, so we tried ordering from the window. The... gentleman at the window said he couldn't take our order because the drive-thru time needed to stay low. He told us to drive allaround the complex and get back in line. Having previous experience in fast food, I understood what he was trying to say, butthe priority should've been to take care of the customer. Driving all around the complex was inconvenient and tedious. We cameback around, and he took our order and got it wrong. Read more

i love this location <3 the workers always try their absolute best and it shows! theyre very quick and efficent with orders even... when it is busy :) my food and drinks are always sooooo yummy and good, they even blend the ice in the frappes super well whichis greatly appreciated!! thank you for your tasty little treats baristas <3333 Read more

I go to this Starbucks all the time, but this time I am really disappointed. Placed a mobile pick up at 9:45 and it told me to... pick up at 10. I grab my keys and go to the drive thru line. I am 9 months pregnant, feet are super swollen and makes it hardfor me to move around much so I did not want to go inside. Obviously ordering there today was a huge mistake. Spent almost 30minutes in the drive thru line only to be handed a Frappuccino that was not in the slightest bit frozen. When I shake the cup,it moves around like regular water. Definitely not ordering mobile ever again from this location. When I paid 9 dollars for acustom Frappuccino, they could have done way better. The drive thru people are nice, but do better Starbucks.
