If I could leave zero stars I would. I placed a mobile order and waited 30 minutes to receive my order. After I finally got my... order, the drinks were made incorrectly. Then I had to wait in line for all the other customers who were trying to get refundsso I could get my refund. This is the only Starbucks that I have this issue at. The one on Battlefield Blvd. is much better.Very disappointed with this service that made me late today. Read more
The staff is always polite and friendly. But, I am personally over having them remake my drink. A splash of heavy whipping... cream..... Less than what u consider light HWC I request...nope. The last six times my drink has looked like a milkshake. Icould understand if they had a speedy turn around but it is not at all quick ....and then for your drink to have to be remadeeverytime after the wait , it's ridiculous. Read more
Great location but needs better staff performance management. I was going to give benefit for being busy but others people have... the same problem and I saw missed orders on my visit too. This location had a horrible wait time... I've seen smaller and morebusy locations be much faster. Coffee was good! Read more
My wife and I are big fan to Starbucks. She's a coffee and cappuccino girl I'm a frappuccino guy service is always good here one... of the newer Starbucks's keep up the great work if you need them in the mood for a little pick-me-up swing on through and grabyou something. 4 thumbs up five stars Read more
