Minimal amount of customers but had to literally wait 44 minutes for 2 milkshakes. We were not an anomaly, other customers... waited and some left without there order. Not Good Sonic! Read more

This sonic sucks to say the least. Wait times are always long even if there are few customers. I?ve waited 20+ minutes for a... single drink before and it was wrong. In general I end up waiting a long time just for my order to be always wrong. Only givingan additional star because staff is sometimes pleasant. This location needs to get it together Read more

First off. The person who took our ordered sounded like they did not care to take our order. Took forever only to come with... lukewarm fries and our burgers which had poor presentation and wasn't even hot surprisingly tasted good. The girl came to thecar and asked if we needed anything else besides the change back. We asked for honey mustard and barbecue sauce. Then she saidshe couldn't hear what I said so it was repeated to her. She didn't even bring it. Meanwhile i checked to make sure there was nobacon on my burger and realized they also didn't put the onion rings on it. When I brought this to her attention she said theydont have any. I said why didn't anyone tell me that when I ordered she said she doesn't know. Im pretty sure it was her whotook our order in the first place because I recognized her voice. I basically paid a dollar extra for no reason as I alreadywanted no bacon. I will not be back. Poor customer service. Food is lacking very much. Read more

Waited 1 hour and 5 minutes. Still did not get our food. We ordered at one of the car kiosk. 40 minutes later we hit the button... and asked when our food would be out. The girl said our order just came up and she would bring it right out. 25 minutes later weleft without any of our food. No one should have to wait an hour and 5 minutes and still leave with no food. The staff was playing around while I sat at the drive thru for 10 minutes at the window. While was waiting for my food they... were all standing around laughing joking. The fries were old and cold. The jumbo popcorn chicken was semi warm. The bacon wasburnt, it looked like it was something from behind the grill. I called to complain and asked for the manager. The girl thatanswered named Omani she said she was sorry and she asked if I wand to speak to the owner, I advised I would so she set down thephone, I heard her talking to someone and they were joking about why I was calling. Then when she came back to the phone and shesaid he had left for the day I asked for his number. Another lady came to the line claiming to be the manager And I was given aphone number for the owner but when I called it sounded like the manager I spoke first called compain. I feel like it wasn't theowner so I decided to take my complaint here in hope to speak to someone that I could talk to.. The black stuff is bacon. I wantto speak to the owner. I love sonic but this is nothing like the down the road by lowes. I am so disappointed. Next stop iscorporate. Read more
