Haven't visited sonic in Years. Food is good for fast food. I just wish they wouldn't have put my fork inside the container with... my sauced chicken??????????? Recently the speed and quality of service at this location has drastically increased. The food comes out in a timely manner... while being hot and fresh. The car hops are kind and willing to meet customer needs. The inside crew can be quite distracted.Overall it's a good place to grab a bite whether it's breakfast or lunch. The drive up nostalgia is becoming a moot point forthe brand. Read more
This was my first Sonic experience, so keep that in mind as you read on. It was also late at night around 11:30. My order... consisted of a footlong Coney dog, broccoli cheddar tots, a blue coconut slush, a soft pretzel twist and a chicken slinger. Thehotdog itself was nothing special and reminded me of those cheap hotdogs you get at the grocery store BUT the chili and cheeseon it were great. I think next time I'm going to ask for mustard and onion in it and see how that goes. The broccoli cheddartots were okay by themselves but were made infinitely better by ranch dressing. The blue coconut slush was really good andhonestly I don't think I'm getting anything else when comes to drinks here now. The cheapest thing I got being the soft pretzeltwist was by FAR the best. It was crisp and soft and fluffy and please just do yourself a favor and get one. The cheese dipwould have put it over the top had they remembered to give it to me. And finally the chicken slinger. This was a great littlesandwich. It was indeed quite small and in my honest opinion overpriced for how much you get but my goodness was it tasty! Thepickles were especially good, they were crisp and not overpowering the delicate chicken filet or the brioche bun. It was lateat night and they were having technical difficulties with their point of sale system so service was a little slow and I imaginethere weren't many workers overnight. Not a super big deal, I don't mind waiting for good food. I dinged service for forgettingitems and incorrect order details. Came here for an early lunch on Sunday. The person who took our order was super friendly and patient. The food was definitely... pricy, but it was hot and tasted good. We particularly liked our milkshake. I'd never eaten inside before today, and I liked thedecor and music playing. Read more
We waited 30 minutes just to get an incorrect order. We walked in and saw food stacked on the counter, no one running them out... to the cars. They are completely disorganized and I suspect that the staff has not been trained properly. Cookout is up thestreet, just go there. Read more
Went and ordered 3 combs and hot fresh fries got my food after spending $40 to get cold fries after I was ask to pull up. Went... back Through the drive thru and had to wait again to get small order of fries and very salty. When called back up there mangersaid he bag my order and he new it was right but in the same sentence say the young lady must not know what size fries u orderwhen she put them in the bag. Then he say they don't put salt on there fries. Worst place to eat. Cost to much and don't getwhat you pay for on top of that they pull everyone up like they making you hot food. First I called in to speak to a manager. The person I spoke with said he was the manager but her wasn?t so I had to repeat... everything over again , I Ordered 2 of the same burgers except one had bacon, I get down the street from my house just to findout they gave me a burger from hours ago and I was missing a patty. Had to drive all the way back to get it right. I would?velet it slide if it were fresh (honest mistake) but it wasn?t plus I paid $8 for that burger! Five Guys would never! Then when Icame back they said it?s going to take 5-10 min pull around. If someone responds I WANT A FREE MEAL!! My exact order, my friesgot cold & drink watered down.
