Great place with plenty of menu selections. The customer service was also great! The manager was at the entrance where the... hostess receive patrons & it was very welcoming to say the least! The prices were pretty reasonable & the food was really good.I ate everything on my plate, no doggy bag needed lol…. They ran out of Moscato so the bartender suggested another wine, whichturned out to be a good suggestion???????? I ordered the 2/3 rack of ribs and they were just okay. They didn’t fall off the bone and they still had the undercoat on... them. The sides I chose were fries and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese noodles were way over cooked. They were so mushy andbland. The best part of the meal was the garlic bread. Customer service was okay. Read more
Ordered curbside. Had to call the restaurant to get it delivered to my car. On the phone I asked if my order was received. The... reply was “yep it’s right here”. I reminded her it was curbside. No utensils, napkins, bbq sauce. Brisket was warm,overcooked and burned… not edible. The sausage had great flavor but had to be reheated in the microwave. The baked potato wascold and undercooked, also microwaved. The broccoli was overcooked and mushy. Hot donuts were not hot, extremely greasy and thedirty grease in the fryer needs to be changed. I wish I had not included a tip. Complete waste of time and $45.00. Terribleexperience. I will never eat here again. I will never recommend this place. Very disappointed. Read more
The food was great except for the potato wedges. The wedges were straight garbage and waste of your money!!! The service was... excellent!! The drinks were so good. They didn’t water down the drinks at all. My husband enjoy his Fathers Day dinner exceptfor the wedges. Read more

We enjoyed our lunch. St. Louis full rack ribs were delicious and very tender. The mag-nachos were also good, but the pulled... pork on it were dry. Korean pork belly pops were great; our favorite dish. The looks good and clean. Customer service was goodalso. Coming back for sure. Read more

My son and I decided to try Smokey Bones tonight. We started with a Beer and Root Beer. The Bud light draft seemed flat, but was... cold. The Root Beer was great according to my son. Then we moved on to the Nachos without the meat, They were good but very wellplain nothing special. My son ordered the Chicken sandwich which appeared slightly over cooked. I ordered the chicken wingswhich were really under cooked. After a couple I lost my appetite, the server offered to bring me another order but I was doneat that point. The server was great and polite but I feel like the manager should have addressed my concern about the undercooked chicken. Probably won’t be visiting again as this was our first time and it wasn’t worth the over $50 we spent. Read more
