The Greenbrier RR doesn't disappoint. You know that you're getting food that is good to very good quality every time. Honestly,... I've never had anything bad at this location. I opted for take out this time instead of dine in due to my wife's work schedule. The food was tasty and still warm (not quite hot) and fresh when we sat down to eat it just over 10 minutes after having beenhanded my order. Everything ordered was correct, except that they pulled a "McDonald's" and my sons' shake was not availabledue to an apparent problem with the shake machine, but that item was refunded ASAP however, so not a big issue. The manager whohandled this was apologetic and completed the refund in about 90 seconds, so kudos for taking care of the customer. The staffat this location is usual friendly and I appreciate that they always seem to want their diners to leave satisfied. My onlycomplaint is that RR is a little pricey for their offerings. I know that costs have shot up, but $11-12 for a salad withchicken, and most burgers averaging in the $14-16 price range can put some people off. It's always a solid meal in that thefood quality and the service are usually good or better make this location a good place for a nice family dining experience. Igave 4 stars due to the problem with the shake machine and the prices, which reduce the value for the money spent. I would give4.5 stars if I could. Read more

Love this place! Didn?t have to wait long at all to be seated. The customer service was great! The food was just right, hot... juicy burger, bottomless fries w/that sweet & spicy ketchup? on point!!???????? I ordered an Arnold Palmer that was just ok?other than the service & food, the restrooms could?ve used a little attention & where they sat us was freezing? I had to get ajacket from the car! I sat at the bar and Racheal was AMAZING. She made more CHOCOLATE MONSTER SHAKES (about 15 no bs)in 10 minutes. She worked the... hell out of that bar. She was even accommodating to a what I perceived as a rude customer. She is going to school to be ateacher and I tell you what, she has the patience. The staff is social, meaning they speak with a smile on their face. I orderedmy VETERANS Day meal. It was free and AMAZING. The fries were hot, fresh, and ENDLESS. I had no wait because I sat at the bar.The peach lemonade was awesome and my ADULT BEVERAGE was even better (hence its almost gone). I like it here????. Read more

Great burgers, we got the Burning Love Burger and the Cheesy Bacon Fondue Burger, both were perfectly cooked with some pink.... Also had their Fried Pickle Nickels which were good. Only complaint is not sure if due to understaffing or to unnecessary COVIDprecautions, but the wait to be seated was 30+ mins.
