We came to this location because it is the closest to us and I get Red Robin kicks here and there. We just visited one in... Richmond and tried the Island Punch drink there. It was delicious and we ordered it again at this location but it tasteddifferent this time, like it was missing ingredients. I was thinking maybe it was missing the coconut syrup, but not sure. Ididn't finish mine. Otherwise our server was good and of course the food was delicious. I whole heartedly recommend the WhiskyBBQ Chicken Sandwich, it's absolutely tasty! Read more

Place was not very busy had to wait 20 minutes to get a table. Our waitress seemed to only have 2 tables and 1 person at the... bar. Crispy chicken sandwich was dry and burnt. Tables around us were left dirty from people that had been previously there theentire time we had dinner. Read more

Its was very disappointing to order my food online then go to pick it up curbside and not have it ready by the online time and... wait 10 more minutes only to have it cold. As much as I love Red Robin I will not return. Thanks for making my birthday royalmeal a not happy one???? Read more

The host gave me my choice of seats, which was nice. I ordered a sunset lemonade, the sweet pineapple and sour lemon mixed... nicely into a refreshing drink. I then ordered a smoke and pepper burger with garlic fries. The burger was thin and small, andthey only put 8 fries on my plate. So before my first bite I was already regretting my decision. The burger was fine, the baconwas a bit limp but had good flavor. The fries were great, but it was difficult to get refills. Overall I don't think it wasworth the $30 it ended up costing, I likely won't return to Red Robin unless by group consensus. Read more

If I could give them a zero I would..after waiting 30 minutes we watched 3 different parties be seated before us that came in... after us the hostess had no explanation as to why that had happened and we still had to wait an additional ten minutes to beseated. after we were seated the waitress came right out with our drinks. Then she disappeared for twenty minutes after weflagged her down we informed her that the iced teas weren't good at all and we just wanted to pay for the drinks and leave. Shedisappeared for another 7 minutes and never brought our ticket for the drinks. Finally fed up we walk to the hostess stand andtry pay there and she to walks away. So we went to the bar to try and pay..the lady there was wonderful and rang us up forthree drinks. I mean you know what to expect when you come here of course. This location has excellent food and service. No complaints, and... the cocktails and pear lemonade are amazing. They may be known for their burgers, but they definitely know how to make a good chicken sandwich. Both the whiskey River BBQ... and the California chicken were good. The onion rings were good and of course you can get endless fries and some drinks.Pleasant atmosphere and nice music playing in the background. Service was also good at lunch. Read more
