You couldn't pay me to eat here again. The staff lately ignores customers and the IR locals joke about how they never have... chicken. That's something I shrugged off till yesterday, not only was the front extra nasty with customers (not only me butanother person in line), the food was undercooked. I took a few bites and had to throw the rest away. Not today food poisoning!Food used to be good, management or employee problem for sure. Went here after church with the family. Not to many Popeyes in the area. We ordered the 16 piece family meal. It came with a... healthy amount fries and red beans and rice. The 8 biscuits were amazing as always. Fed 6 people on this meal so it's hard tocomplain about the price. Food was extra fresh but we did have to wait about 15 minutes when there were only 3 cars. Had a little difficulty with a Mobile Order placed through the Popeye's app. However, this is likely not the fault of the... location but rather, unreliable technology. The staff turned what could have been a one star review into a 5 star review. Themanager was helpful and accommodating in correcting our issue. Alexis at the front was extremely helpful, attentive, andfriendly. The food was excellent as well. Will return but will order in person. Read more
