I have been ordering from this store for over 20 years. It has always been a good experience, until the last few months. I... placed an order back in August that was an hour late getting to me, and it was cold and crusty having sat on their oven for anhour. I decided to give them another try this evening, (Oct 26), and ordered. It was promised in 28 - 38 minutes. It'salready been over an hour, and their tracking app shows it's been ready and siting on their oven for the last 40 mins. Whoeveris managing this store now is completely incompetent. Not only is the order way overtime, but the store has never called toinform me of any issues. Papajohns is a waste of time and money. Don't bother ordering from them. Read more

I called to report that my pizza was undercooked and was told ?all our pizzas go through the same oven?. Well I guess they?re... all under cooked!!!! 3 pizzas for $50 and they couldn?t cook it through, deliver it on time, or provide good service when Icalled. So we have been getting the New York style foldable pizza from Papa John?s we got it three times now the first time they made it... and delivered it it was wrong it was just regular hand tossed and it was thicker crust is foldable they gave us a refund and wegot another one the second one was delicious perfect the way it was supposed to be made so then we were the third one third onewas not right it was a good pizza wasn?t right either was thicker crust so they decided to give us another pizza and I?m justgonna take a picture of the pizza and let you judge yourself because I could literally take a photo of me peeling the crust fromthe pizza. I've always had good interactions with the people who work here, and the drivers are always courteous and kind. They're... understaffed and so deliveries are consistently delayed by 30 minutes and often as much as an hour or more. It's a good store;everyone's probably paid too little and they don't have enough people. So, pick up your pizza before you startdrinking. Update: Well, unfortunately the order I placed today was over an hour late, and again, that's not necessarily thefault of anyone at the store. But, then the driver forgot 2 of my items and had to go back to the store. All in all it took 2hours and 15 minutes to get all of my items. I wasn't given even an apology, much less a free drink as a courtesy for the coldfood and extra wait time. Pretty bad... Read more

We were literally looking for fast food since it was raining that day.Popeyes ,KFC ,Taco Bell ,and McDonald's was packed on... Indian River. We saw Papa John's and ordered online.Less than 15 mins our food was done. It was quick and fresh.Thank you. Read more

Been standing here 5 minutes and yet to be acknowledged. After finally speaking up, all they could say was thanks for seeing... we're busy. I told them they don't have to stop working to say someone will be right with you which goes a long way in customerservice. After placing my order 25 minutes prior to this, I was told it would be another 25 minutes before my order was ready. Itold them to just refund my order and drove a couple of blocks to Pizza Hut and got my pizza in 15 minutes from their superfriendly staff. Read more

Jason is the absolute worst manager I?ve ever encountered. I worked for pizza companies for years, 2 of which being Papa John?s,... and his behavior was completely unacceptable. We received an order that was placed online. Put ?leave on porch please? in theinstructions, along with no contact. The last time I put just no contact, the driver waited 10 minutes until I could get to thedoor. We are in the middle of a pandemic and no contact should mean no contact. However, regardless of this, common sense shouldprevail that when you bring an order and leave it, you should ring the doorbell if one is available. Not realizing my food wassitting outside, our pizza was covered in ants. We have a bench on the porch. It could easily have been set there. Even justleaving on the ground level of the porch, ring the bell. The ?manager? decided to argue with both myself and my husband. He wasreluctant to come up with any resolution and the one he had was 1.5 hrs to get a new pizza and it would cost an additional $4.Completely unacceptable. If you don?t have a good attitude and want to be rude to long time customers, you shouldn?t be workingin customer service. I will NEVER order from this location again! Read more

May 3 2021 order online at7:30 and go pick up one large pizza and just looked weird to me how two slices don't match with the... crust and was a extra cheese pizza so I just kept going cause I was hungry and I didn't want to wait anymore for another buthere is the proof that they just recicle one left over pizza and added two slices and it shows when I finished and looked at theempty box that the cut marks don't match with the slices. I don't gonna come back to this store and I don't recommend this storeto anyone. So disapointed experience. I will definitely not sponsor this place anymore and expensive pizza as well to be treatedlike this. Just poor customer service and lazy employees BE AWARE Read more
