Ordered a pizza and 2-liter. Didn?t take long for the pizza to come but they forgot my 2-liter. Wasn?t a big deal I called and... they told me they were on the way?.. 30-40 minutes later I called again and was told they are sending someone now. Finally getit after another hour and a half and it is the wrong drink. Got my pizza in 30minutes but it took 2 hours to get a soda that Ididn?t ask for. Read more
Bad and getting worse,last week the large looked like a medium the medium was misshapen and to thin . This week the large was to... thin most of the cheese was on one side and felt like I was chewing on sand. In the past they forgot to put some of the toppingson and wanted to just add them to to the pizza and send it halfway through the oven I asked for a new pizza and the man didn?tlook to happy with me. Honestly the worst, I order dinner 4 hours early to be delivered at a later time. When the delivery came it was incorrect.... Phillip maybe a Manger at the Chesapeake location was quick to say it was not papa johns responsibility to ensure the order wascorrect before leaving the store. Apparently it is up to door dash delivers to check the order through those sealed packages.Good job Phillip, you single handedly lost a customer. Read more
