A restaurant's job is find out what your customer wants and give it to them. That's what we pay for. So when I get home and my... rice is missing from my combo it is VERY frustrating. If I could give zero stars I would. That is how frustrating it is to payfor something and not receive it. Actually, that is the definition of theft. SMH. Read more
There portions are extremely low. I ordered a bowl and it only had about 5 pieces of honey sesame chicken on it. The rest was... nothing but rice! Just terrible. Read more
Boycott any resturant that can't manage to have customer seating open!!! Permanently close this business! THEY JUST CANT... MANAGE TO KEEP THE DOORS OPEN?! 10/2021 Where did the portions go?? Food mediocre -often seems fried rice is under cooked and kung po checken has uneatable peppers mixed in - unpleasant eating experince -chewing dried peppers or having to pick them out. Got to this Panda express about 8:05 pm on Sunday they close at 9:30pm. They had a line of people and a few cars in the drive... thur but refused to make fresh entrees. We were offered the sticky remains of dead entrees. I was told they were getting readyto close and they did not want waste food. I don't understand why you stop making food an hour and 1/2 before you close if Ihad walked in at 9:29pm maybe. But they are right about one thing this location is getting ready to close. Read more
