2022 October 16, Curbside pickup was much better and the food was amazing! Ordered online, called when we arrived, they brought... the food out immediately and other people were there before us still waiting for their food. 5 stars! One month prior, Food wasexcellent but curbside pickup needs improvement. Had to park and go inside to pay and pickup food. Went inside several timesbecause the bread was not warm, they said curbside pickup customers or guests will not get warm bread for some reason. Ordered 2bread but was given only one, so I had to go back inside to get warm bread and 2nd bread. Also went back inside to get toppingsfor sweet potato, nice young gentleman at the takeout desk told me that the toppings are in a honey butter container. He went tothe back to get us the honey butter and cinnamon topping for the sweet potato. The filet mignon, baked potato, sweet potato andfresh garden salad were all good and tasted very delicious even 1 hour after picking up the food. Read more
Had a great Sunday lunch at Outback today! Great tasting, fresh food and it was not very busy at all. Our server was attentive... and our food came out very quickly. The blooming onion was delicious as always and we tried their new "Blooming Onion" entrees,which are cooked with the Blooming Onion seasonings. I had the Blooming Onion Spicy Chicken sandwich and it was very good, nottoo spicy but crispy and tender. My son had the Blooming Onion Fried Chicken and he really enjoyed it as well. Hadn't been toan Outback Steakhouse in a long time, but this restaurant deserves consideration as a family frequent spot. I have always loved outback but never considered them an option for catering. We had our first outback catered event and I was... highly impressed. The food was fantastic, and plentiful and they made it so easy to feed a group of 30 with plenty to spare. Highly highly recommend! Read more
We had a wonderful experience there on Wednesday night. I always have great service at this location from not only the waiters... but also the front staff (and a lady I believe her name is Lorretta?). Food tasted amazing and we always get the blooming onion.It's our favorite. My daughter made a mess but they came quickly to clean it up when they saw us trying to clean it up ourselves(I always feel bad about her making such a mess). My steak was just how I liked it and the soup was great as well. My husbandand my mother finished their plates too. My drink was a strawberry mojito and it was NOT lacking in alcohol at all. Stay Away from this place. My first time there with my wife and I regret it. Customer service is the worst I ever seen; worst... than McDonals. Food is trash. Definitely wish I had stayed home and eat. Won?t get me ever again. Serve me a damn steak with nofolks and knife then after waited 10 minutes a lady came and start giving me attitude. Read more
When you go to a restaurant you are ultimately there for the food, but the customer service is what overall makes the experience... worthwhile. It was a pleasure, for my family and I, dining at the Outback today. James exuded all that you expect/want yoursever to be. I have been to many restaurants along the east coast and he is the epitome of excellent customer service. It isevident why he was chosen to train others. He was prompt, he was pleasant, he was humorous. I am hoping that during our nextvisit James is our server or we have the opportunity of being served by someone like him. Read more
Outback is a chain restaurant and this location has been open for a long time. This was not my best experience here. The food... was good and the service was almost OK. There were about 5 groups in the whole restaurant. My drink went empty which is fine fora busy server but I didn't like it today. Our steaks didn't look the quality that I expect from Outback but we're seasoned andcooked well. Weird thing was my 15 Oz ribeye came out on a plate that was just a little bigger than an appetizer plate. Thislocation is usually way better than it was today. Read more
The owner/store manager allowed my daughter?s program to host our monthly event at her location. That was very nice of her. She... could?ve said no but her yes allowed our little Princess to experience something special. Her and her servers were very warming. Read more
