Fairly new location for this Chinese inspired noodle restaurant. The food was very fresh and delicious. We watched the chef... make fresh noodles in the kitchen as we enjoyed our plates. The pork wontons in chili oil were delicious but seem to fall apartvery easily, couldn't even pick them up with my chop sticks. The Kung Po chicken noodle dish was amazing, hence the 5 stars. Wewanted to try the salt and spicey chicken wings, but they were out of stock. The restaurant is clean and has a modern style. The staff was fast, friendly, and attentive. A casual place to dine in. The decor would be better if they remove the ?noodle man? on the brick wall. Food-wise, too many to... choose from. Our server was very nice, and recommended the bestsellers. I got the tomato brisket hand-pulled noodle soup. It?svery good. It reminded me of a very good pot roast. The noodles were a notch more than okay. I think another minute would havebeen cooked perfectly. We also ordered fried rice, which was a bit bland but tasted really good. The blandness made me taste allof its ingredients and the smokiness was perfect. Then the stir fried Mongolian beef with glass noodles was really good andgluten-free suited my wife?s sensitivity. My son always order spicy food, and he got the hot and spicy ground pork noodle soup.I?m not a fan of spicy food, but he like it. I will definitely come back; so many more to try. ???????? Read more
LOVED this restaurant!!! The mushrooms were SO delicious and it was fun to watch the chefs stretch the noodles. They have a... great menu. Drinks were tasty and service was very fast. Definitely will return. Really glad to have tried this restaurant out. Read more
First time dining here. I am from Taiwan. The beef noodle soup was pretty close to what I get back home. The noodles were... freshly made. Bouncy in texture. I do think the beef could be a little more tender. Wings were crispy and well cooked, I do lovethe seasoning but it was a little too salty for me. The restaurant was quite busy. Service was still great, food was good. Ourorder came quickly. It was a lovely experience. Would be back again to try other noodle dishes. Read more
1st time at this location and the service was outstanding! And thanks for having servers masked during covid surge... (appreciated!). Had appetizers: ROLLING BEEF and CHICKEN & SHRIMP EGG ROLLS - both delicious. Entrees: MONGOLIAN BEEF STIR FRYwith ADDED SHRIMP and TOMATO & BEEF BRISKET NOODLE SOUP - both excellent and would order again, but there are so many otherdishes to try. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Read more
It was my first time visiting Noodle Man and I LOVED IT! Restaurant was clean, servers were nice/funny/kind, and food was... absolutely on point!???????? Wow..everything tasted very fresh and well cared to serve. I personally enjoyed all the wallpaintings all around the restaurant inside. I thought it was printed pictures but someone then realized it waspainted..!???????????? Very authentic and amazing art! I really really enjoyed looking at all of them!!???? Noodle man know howto make noodles AND how to fry! Nothing was greasy at all. Loved all the flavors! Thank you for being amazing! Oh?.and theteas??!?!!??? This is an amazing, chill, very authentic Chinese noodle joint! High quality food with awesome prices and service, and... everything about the restaurant is casual and pleasantly comfortable. The most impressive thing about this place is the factthat they hand pulled noodles! Which is extraordinary and very hard to find, and we even saw the guy making the noodles while wewere there, which is just mesmerizing to watch. Maybe my favorite part of the restaurant, though, were the two TVs they hadplaying Asian cooking videos, which were impossible to look away from. My only small complaint I could think of is that theportions are a bit small, but that?s really because you just end up wanting more and more - I was full at the end, which was sadfor me, because it stopped me from getting a little something more. So the food is very good, that's for sure. And if there is another fast casual restaurant hand pulling their own noodles I'm... certainly not aware of it. The staff was excellent overall, very polite and helpful. The only thing I would point out as adownside is that their portion sizes are generous and they don't have a lunch menu or smaller sizes.
