Horrible experience. We always come here when we are in town. The girl named Sarah informed me That they do not have anything... for frozen drinks or any ice cream for my other order because or because they closed and put In Storage and hour and half beforethe closing time . She also laughed about it. I was embrassed and WILL never be back. I live in richmond and we go to the one inchesterfield Towne center and she said same owner good luck. They make an awesome Chocolate shake.

The owner of this shop is so kind! There was an issue with my order being a little ?overbaked? (it actually ended up being... perfect, just darker than I was expecting, and the owner was absolutely correct), but I was still just ok with how it was. Eventhough he knew he had baked it to standard, he went above and beyond to make sure I would be completely satisfied, and withoutme even asking, baked a whole new cookie cake and called me personally to offer it to me for free! That kind of customer serviceis so rare! I highly recommend this location, and wouldn?t hesitate to order from them again. Read more

Nice and kind staff but Nestle is terrible organization. Coffee machine is out of order for more than one month.

I love this place. A true gem of Chesapeake. The cookies and brownies here are so good and always fresh. The staff is an older... couple and they are super friendly and go above and beyond! They do have a military discount available, just ask. I come hereevery time I go to the mall and highly recommend it. Unfortunately the day I went was incredibly busy so I couldn't get goodphotos of how full the trays usually are. But they did have fresh batches ready to serve. Read more
