The General Manager Sandra White is not what I believe McDonald's stands for or represents. She is extremely rude unprofessional... and has no integrity what so ever. She picks on and makes fun of the disabled and handicapped. I myself and my lawn crew haswitnessed her unprofessional with a customer and the way she treats people is sicking and disgusting. She needs to be FIRED. I'mnever goin to spend my money in this establishment again me and my crew will find another restaurant to eat at for lunch andbreakfast. Has to be the worst McDonald?s I?ve ever been to. They constantly mess up my order and today I drive through the drive-thru,... ordered my meal and then gave them a code to use and when I pulled to the window he handed me my receipt, I have my card linkedbut I know you don?t have to pay with your card every time. He then proceeds to tell me to hold on and gets his manager and shesays ?it has to be ran every time? it doesn?t I literally have been to that McDonald?s and paid with cash while using a code.Wish there was a better McDonald?s closer to my job. The girl taking our order rang in our order incorrectly. Would not get a manager to fix it (we pulled up and got a manager, and... the girl was incorrect). Not sure of the spelling but her name was Alleah. On top of that she swore at the window when greetinga fellow team member. When we were with the manager she didn?t even apologize for how rude Alleah was to us. She kept looking atus like we were crazy. I was telling her more to help than get anything for free. Don?t put team members that don?t know whatthey are doing (with a horrible attitude on top of it) as your main order taker and window person. This is not the first badtrip to this location. On the whole better than most, I just have problems with how much ice they add to the drinks. If you go here ask for no ice or... you'll end up with a drink that only about 8 sips. Read more
I pulled up at 11:48 lights off. I went to window and they said they took the last car the was in front of me after waiting for... someone to come on intercom. It is, was, 11:52 when I pulled up to window. Why are they closed when clearly don?t close til 12?Let me add that the guy said that it depends on which manager on duty they close before time. ???????????????? Read more
Very, Very clean and immaculate. The staff very friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in a door. Really kind of a unicorn... to find a McDonald's like this. The shift that works evenings definitely deserve a raise. Read more
One of the worst McDonald?s I have ever been to. VERY SLOW service and lack of effort. One girl in the front almost feel and... said out loud ?I hope I fall and bust my a** so I can get a check from this place.? That summed up their mentality. Also, Iusually get my son a 6 pc chicken nugget happy meal with now extra charge because that?s always been an option. Suddenly they?quit doing that because we were giving them out before?. As I?m writing this, there are currently 2 employees loudly arguingabout who?s going home because one can?t close the store. Meanwhile the drive thru is at a complete stand still because they arestanding around arguing. McDonald?s needs to get their people together. My suggestion would be to check out Chick-fil-a?sreviews.
