The WORST customer service. After I was more than patient while the young man had difficulty ringing up my order, he knowingly... entered it in wrong and didnt even give me my receipt when I asked for it. He told me to get it from the second window. Theyoung ladies at the second window tried their best to rectify the situation however when I asked for them to ring my order upright so that I am not paying more for my food than I am supposed to the MANAGER had an attitude. I asked, "Is that okay?" Sheresponds with a sarcastic attitude and says, "I took your card. 1st of all. I didnt receive all the food that I ordered in thefirst place. The fact that I was in that line for over 30 minutes for my order alone was ridiculous. I asked for a refund andgave them the food I did get back. If you are going to put someone on the register make sure they are properly trained so thatthey dont hold up your line. If they are struggling HELP THEM! I was more than patient. I used to go to this McDonald's growing up and it's sad to say it has truly gone downhill. My burger was super salty and... somewhat burnt. The staff member in charge, Kayaria Mason, was quite awful both to me as a customer as well as the workers underher. I was speaking to my husband making a comment that this store does not have napkins in the lobby area like the store wefrequently go to and Kayaria butted in on my conversation sarcastically saying "that's because it will be in the bag." Here'sthe thing, it WASN'T in the bag at all. This location also had no one taking orders at a register. You HAD to order on the appor the kiosk so anyone who needed to pay with cash was out of luck. Since there was no option to add Mac sauce to my burger inthe app, I asked a worker for a side of it so I could add it myself. Again Kayaria butted in and with a bunch of attitude said "well there is normally a charge for for that but I'll let it slide this time." I would have paid for it IF I had the option, butsince you had no choice to order with a worker how could I have paid? I feel sorry for any worker who has to deal with her on regular basis. The look on the faces of those working under her spoke volumes on how bad she is as a leader. The franchiseowners should really have the general managers deal with her so the other workers can have a better work environment. Read more
This is the worst McDonald's ever! They almost never have fresh hot fries for which McDonald's is supposedly know for ????. The... employees are friendly, hardly ever any long lines. P.S.S make sure you check you order throughly before leaving (lay eyes andhands on all food). P.S.S. their pies seem to always be old and cold, when you do get a fresh one-it's like winning the lotto! Read more
1st the Associate at the second window that provided my order could not have been nicer. she gets 20 stars. The food temp was ok... but the workers on the grills making the food need pictures in lieu of tickets bc 90% of the time if I ask for extra this orminus that, no salt or etc. They just can't get it right. I had intended to take the survey but of course ink on my receiptsdoesn't allow you to read the numbers, smart. Come on guys do better! Or if you like a little mystery want your order go Here???? I have zero words for how this place is ran. Whomever the manager is must be trashy themselves to allow such madness here. Line... is always slow no matter the time of day. The employees are alright. Some nice & others are rude & could care less. Since whencan you handle food product with fake nails on? Longer than 2 inches at that?! Bat eyelashes?! No gloves or anything. Why doesthis place exist when it shouldn?t even pass the safety test. Rude and ignorant kids that work there for the most part. During alunch rush, I went inside only to see a brand new grill worker. Couldn?t even handle the sandwiches without someone standingbeside him coaching him through it all. The numbers being called out to customers were said once. The pits!!! Drive thru was so slow I waited 20 minutes left and came back 20 minutes later only to wait for an additional 20... minutes!! The drive thru person kept telling people to hold on which lasted a good 10 minutes per car!! Then I get my order andthey forgot one thing.. I asked for a frappe with extra drizzle and instead got a watery coffee slush,no caramel at all. Thegirl didn't know what to do so the manager took it and thought I wasn't watching. Used a cup laying around, poured my drink init and squirt drizzle on top. Update: We went here for a late dinner. Sad to say that the KIDS who work here have ABSOLUTELY NOWORK ETHICS OR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS! not only do they not greet you but they don't smile or make you feel like being in therestaurant. I placed and order on the kiosk and went to watch as it was being prepared. Every time I come here, they put theswirls of caramel in the cup. Well I asked the little girl if she could do that PLEASE and she flat out said NO. then she walkedaway shaking her head aside I was the issue! She rudely turns her back to us and speaks to another child behind the counter anddecides she wasn't gonna finish our order. As the food was prepared, my son requested that the orders be separately bagged,again she huffed and turned away. She tossed his order on the counter and walked off. Then she prepped my food and threw itacross the counter and walked off. IGNORANCE IS NOT LEARNED IT WAS TAUGHT TO HER!! I said excuse me may I have some ketchup andthat was a problem as well. She tossed some in the bag and walked off without any form of exit greeting. I am definitely goingto take this type of rudeness up a notch because this is just disrespectful to any customer who has to encounter the funkattitudes of these ungrateful CHILDREN! My husband just brought food home from this place because of a failed door dash and my filet of fish is just a patty on a bun.... No cheese, no tartar sauce. The patties are hard. I would say it wasn?t what I was expecting but you can?t expect much after 8pm at this place. The fries aren?t bad for once. Hence the 2 stars. Read more
This McDonald?s is horrible I ordered a iced coffee I got a coffee with one piece of ice and no cream in it the coffee was just... black ????. My food looked like it was just thrown together. I work at a McDonald?s and I haven?t experienced this at myMcDonalds. This is crazy and the manager acted like she just didn?t care the other worker was very sweet tho. Read more
