This store is a joke. Every time I go, there?s an issue. Whether my burgers are BURNED, or they forgot something I?ve ordered.... This time, my husband decided to stop after work to get himself something to eat. He ordered two large fries, neither were fullfries. If we wanted medium fries, he would?ve ordered medium fries. Thank you for screwing us over YET AGAIN and taking ourmoney. Not to mention the food was cold when he received it. This store is awful and I will be contacting corporate. Read more
Worst management I?ve ever witnessed. The lady manager I think her name is Barbara. Myself and everyone at the counter heard her... saying she she hated white people while she was in the kitchen having a temper tantrum like a toddler berating a few of theemployees and threatening to hit them, calling them vulgar names & just a horrible scene to witness. I don?t know how to contactthe general manager because I would like to speak to them about this woman. Went there close to noon and so you'd think it would be hot and fresh...well it wasn't. Nuggets were slightly warm and tasted as... if they had been sitting in a warmer for quite some time. F.F. were warm and slightly fresh. Service was quick but but not veryfriendly. Read more
Where to begin...... 1st off we were missing items which we caught a 10 piece nugget that were missing prior to driving off from... the window. We were stared down by the girl working the window as we waited for her to open it back up. Quickly realized amadditional fry and Happy Meal toy was missing as soon as we pulled away. So pulled up front to get those items. Started to eatand EVERYTHING was cold (2 10 pieces nuggets, 6 piece nugget, double cheese burger and 2 out of 3 fries). Only fry that was hotwas the one they forgot to give us. Everything was cold to the point could not eat it. To top it all off my Big Mac I orderedwas not a Big Mac it was a Chicken sandwich in a Big Mac box with a jar of mayo on it. They have not been able to get my order right even once in over 2 years. Something is either missing or just completely wrong.... I've gotten other customers items multiple times.
