Rose is wonderful. She works the final delivery window, occasionally. She should work the window way more often. Her attitude... is unbelievably refreshing in comparison to most of today's fast food employees. I visit this location at least 3 times a weekand she is by far the friendliest drive thru employee I have encountered at this location....ever. Service good enough to makeyou tip. Read more
All I can say is this McDonald's is 1 MILLION times better than the one on College Drive. I had a problem there every. single.... time. I literally never had my order messed up here once. Whoever works the early afternoon shifts are amazing at their job. IfI ask for a drink, they give it to me no questions asked. If I want some extra sauce, they give it to me no questions asked.This McDonald's has to be the most consistent in all of Suffolk. Read more
Seriously the staff is garbage. Unfriendly, swearing back in forth to each other, story time. I stood there just waiting for... honey mustard for 5 minutes while all this conspired. An employee literally put a piece of hard chewed up gum in the box of my Big Mac? I honestly don?t know what else to say besides... I?m so disgusted. I never go to this location, because I used to work there and I?m aware of the lack of cleanlinessstandards. But I didn?t pay attention when ordering on the mobile app, and mistakenly sent my order to the Western Branchlocation. Tonight was literally the worst McDonald's experience I have ever had and will never return to this location. My receipt was... time stamped with 10:50 pm. Ordering was no issue other than the drive thru cashier messing it up and having to redo the order 3times, but she was nice and I was very patient. All we ordered was a number 3 and 10. Ordering numbers means a combo, correct?Apparently not here. We get our food fairly quickly, but there were no fries. The doors to the dining area were locked so myfiance walked to the pick window and was like "hey, these should have been combos, we want our fries." Someone from the paywindow starts yelling at him, asking what he wanted. We waited for over 20 minutes, watched 2 different employees come outside,before j went inside (because they left the door propped open) and wanted my money back. Four employees looked at me andcompletely ignored me for at least another 5 minutes. One girl heard me say i wanted my money back, mumbled under her breath,and continued to ignore me. Finally, someone took my receipt and gave me a refund, which was time stamped 11:20 pm. Sheapologized once, but it was not genuine at all. Such a horrible experience. Read more
This place is always a miss for me. It has the double lines so be prepared to be line jumped if you're in the inside lane. I've... yet to get a completely correct order here. I rarely eat McDonald's myself so this is usually a "pick me up on the way home"situation for me but this particular store is hampered with long wait times in my experience. Read more
